Simo House

Apartment just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The eastern beach is lined with a pine forest that stretches down to the water, where you can choose between public beaches and beach clubs. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity. Located on the 2nd and top floor, it consists of a kitchenette, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom with tub/shower, and a double bedroom, plus 2 terraces. Easy parking. Also ideal for the winter season because it’s located in a area that’s always inhabited and serves as a permanent residence for families in the building.
