I am a local to Cheltenham, and have two businesses, a bistro cafe below this apartment where we serve pizza, pasta and spare ribs, and happily deliver them to guests upstairs, and also a Deli/cafe a five minute walk we sell soups and salads and dry products such as pastas and jams and many other items.
I have been local to the area for more than 30 years, and have loved living in the countryside, (Lechlade and Fairford) and feel very privileged to have lived and brought my children up in the Cotswolds.
Cheltenham is a wonderful town where we have 155 days of festivals a year, and amazing independently owned places to eat. A wonderful place to stay.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly located for joining in all of the festivals and fun and having a sense of the grandeur of the Georgian era, at the same time as being a quiet street at night, with a wonderful continental feeling sitting out of an evening in the Bistro Cafe below.

What makes this property unique

During festivals and any other time, it would be hard to find better placed accommodation than The Terrace, Montpellier Street.
