Hacienda Cape Verde

Staying at the Hacienda Verde Cape is to immerse yourself in the rural Canarian past in an agrotourism farm dominated by a colonial villa from the 19th century but with all the comforts of the 21st century. An oasis of peace just 2 km from the sea and the beach and 15 minutes from the great city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The farm has a surface area of 50000m2 where you will enjoy splendid views with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and volcanoes.

Rent directly with the owner. The house consists of 2 colonial Canarian-style floors distributed in a way that allows the rest of all its guests, with 5 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and 1 library. It has satellite TV and Wifi. Cots and high chairs are available.

It has a barbecue, swimming pool, 600m2 lawn and terrace with solarium. All individually and privately since the villa is rented completely. The total farm is 50,000m2, which allows long walks in the middle of the plantation without leaving.

Vacation Home with registration number two thousand sixteen / two thousand seven hundred and seven in Gran Canaria.
During Holy Week, Christmas and August, the indicated price for these dates (€ 375 / day) includes up to 8 people instead of 4, as in the rest of the year.
Children in crib, free. Children up to 10 years € 17.50 / day.

One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at. The seclusion and incredible views make the place truly unique. You shouldn't expect a five star hotel. Rather a genuine Spanish home that is 100 years old with all the charm that entails. Rather imagine a house where Hemingway could have sat and had a drink and enjoyed the view. Waking up almost completely without neighbors to the sound of birds and a spectacular view is magical. You can expect a little less sun on the north side of the island but instead it is green and fertile with lots of birds and butterflies. The lawn, pool and poolarea are large, as is the house.But perhaps the best of all is the owner and host Vidal who looked after us as if we were his distant relatives visiting. He is very friendly and did his utmost to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and if he could help us with anything. He easily becomes a friend for life. You cannot get a more personal welcome.

A true gem in the north of Gran Canaria

The property is set on a large private gated banana plantation. The main house is a beautiful old classic Canarian house with thick walls to help keep you cool and a stunning view from the main balcony up the top. The views are incredible! The pool is huge!, heated in winter and on some day we had a 29 degree pool !! There is a pool table and table tennis for big kids. We felt very secure as the access onto the property is via an electric gate. This is a property you can bring the hole family and have a very special time at. Lastly our Host Vidal is probably the nicest most kind hearted and attentive host I’ve ever had. He and Pedro (groundsman) could not have done any more to make us feel welcome.
