Located between Lusty Glaze and Porth beaches the property is in a great location to enable you to walk to the beach, explore the coastline, and walk into Newquay. Each bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite and the first floor lounge diner and kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. The only drawback was that there is only one parking space for the property, any additional parking spaces required have to be paid for. But overall all this is a comfortable and convenient property.

A lovely relaxed week spent with family in a fab location. Everything you need within walking distance. Great local beaches and beautiful walks!
Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom one With a king-size bed, large television and an en-suite shower room. Access to patio area. Bedroom two With a double bed, television and en-suite shower room. Bedroom three With twin single beds, a television and an en-suite shower room. Access to patio area.
Upper Ground Floor: Open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen Kitchen Well equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sitting/dining room With television and doors out to the front terrace and rear patio area. Dining table and seating for six guests. Cloakroom With a washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside: A seating area to the front of the property and a south facing, private patio with garden furniture at the back. Allocated parking for one car.
