We would like to inform all our future guests that, due to Covid-19, our Company follows all the new Government Cleaning Protocols. In addition to this for higher health security reasons we decided to leave all our apartments free for at least 48 hours between all stays and also to treat them 2 days before any arrival with our new Ozone Generator which is 99% proven to inactivate any eventual kind of bacteria and viruses.

Sweet Jewel Apartments are located in Silver Sands area in the South of the island of Barbados and include 4 different apartments for dimensions, furniture, expositions, styles and prices.

All of them are with dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished, bedrooms and private bathrooms. The area is surrounded by a wonderful garden rich of palm trees, vegetation and flowers, a fence and it is monitored by security video cameras. Next the property there is also a big parking area.

Sweet Jewel Apartments is located next to the stunning Silver Sands surfing beach at the southern tip of the beautiful tropical island of Barbados. Being the easternmost of the windward Caribbean islands, the tropical heat is always tempered by the constant gentle north-easterly Trade Winds, cutting down on mosquitoes and making Silver Sands one of the best spots in the world for windsurfing and kite surfing.

Sweet Jewel Apartments provides a unique combination of fun and relaxation: suffused by the immediate beauty, peace and tranquility of a palm-fringed surfer’s paradise; yet close to the buzz and excitement of great clubs and restaurants at nearby St Lawrence Gap.

The Two Palms Apartment takes the name from two tall and old Coconut Palm Trees right in front of it. The living area has a 2 single beds (which can prepared as double king size bed), bed linen of high quality cotton, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, safe, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary: 4 gas burner stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets with Italian coffee machine, american coffee maker , toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; the bathroom has sink, toilet and a large shower. At the the entrance of the Apartment there is a wonderful covered patio with , table, chairs, sunbed, hammock and the garden with lawn on two sides around. There are also 110 volt sockets (with American system) and European sockets with 220 volt. The apartment has a big parking area just next to it. The property has an outdoor shower, cloth lines, hoses and a very well maintained garden with lawn, coconut palm trees and beautiful flowers.

Great spot for some R&R

We stayed at the Sweet Jewel Apartments just before the busy season started so it was a particularly great spot for some rest and relaxation. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the beach. We were able to grab food at Surfer's Bay and London Bar (rum shack) that were both close. Everything else was a quick taxi or bus ride away. The hosts were helpful and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a spot to decompress - this is it. We would definitely stay at the Sweet Jewel again!

Great Location and Value

We had the pleasure of making this apartment our home for a week of kiteboarding adventure. Located right beside Silver Sands beach and a short 7-10min walk to Silver Rock beach, the location was good. The owner was great, made sure we had everything we needed, easy to communicate with and very friendly. The apartment was good, clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy the week. When we didn't feel like cooking its a very short walk (2mins) to Surfers Bay Beach Bar- great little spot to grab a meal and a drink. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that is looking to be near the watersports action with the affordability of not being right on the beach.

Amazing self contained apartment with easy access to Bridgetown and Oistins and other beaches as great transport Links. Apartment exactly as advertised and even better. Definitely great value for money. Lovely garden area with a beautiful view. Very lovely Bar/Restaurant within the area. Super Amazing owners, booked our airport Tansfer to and fro. Gave us the Ins and outs of the area and was generally very helpful and approachable. The locals were also very nice and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience, would definitely recommend this property. Thank you

Unforgettable experience in this amazing apartment

We spent there 3 lovely weeks. The apartment is really well located with restaurant/bar (live music on it). If I have to give also a level of cleaning to this lovely place I can just say SPOT ON!!!Perfect,believe me since as a picky person I know what that is meaning. The Owner Stefan the Elisabeth were really avaiable to all our request and them literally help us to have finally some great holiday.the beach is basically in front of the house(with some more around) wich give also a lovely atmosphere .especially when you wake up in the morning to see this paradise. Them also suggest to us about the catamaran experience wich in few words .......was a great and relaxing time.we are still wishing to be there , we are absolutly gonna return to spend our honeymoon in a place wich take a special place in our heart.

We stayed at Two Palms Apartment for our 1st and 2nd week of June after staying 2 weeks at Tropical Gecko Studio in the same Sweet Jewel Apartments. It's a very clean and bright apartment, with a nice seaview from the patio, beautiful flowers, palms and lawn. The kitchen is deteached from the bedroom and fully equipped and the bathroom has a very big shower. I loved the hammock!! the owners were very nice and friendly. Great holiday!!!

EXCELLENT, PERFECT STAY!

I've been with a friend for the first time in Two Palms Apartment in Sweet Jewel Apartments this year, the last week of March and it was a great stay at a very reasonable price! The apartment is very well located, just in front of the ocean that you can even admire from the patio and the garden, near Silver Sands beach and close to Surfer's Bay bar and restaurant...  our favorite place to eat, drink and for listening good music. It's perfect for 2 people, very clean, with all amenities, a well maintained garden with hammock, lawn, flowers and wonderful palms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, where I've prepared our meals as I love to cook! We had a free Wi-Fi working fast, a big shower, comfortable beds and the safe in the room. Stefano and Elisabetta the hosts, were always very nice and happy to help us for everything. Next time in Barbados we will come back here for sure!!

L' appartamento è abbastanza spartano, ma funzionale e ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che serve. Le condizioni di manutenzione e di pulizia sono ottime e la location comoda. Quando la parte del complesso sarà interamente ristrutturata (quando siamo stati noi ancora un alloggio era in corso d' opera, anche se i lavori erano stati opportunamente sospesi durante il nostro soggiorno), la parte esterna sarà ancora più godibile. Già oggi il giardino è curato con attenzione e promette molto bene. Stefano ed Elisabetta sono straordinari: disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, pronti a rispondere e a dare informazioni, profondi conoscitori dei luoghi. Grazie a loro, il soggiorno è impeccabile e piacevole.

Why they chose this property

If you love the mediterranean look, this is the property to be! Because this is the only one of the entire area with a unique style; it's managed from an Italian couple with an experience of more than 25 years in the tourism industry. All apartments have mosquito-nets and most of the furniture are Italian too; the Two Palms Apartment has also the air conditioning with a independent splits at a daily or nightly supplement. There is a big parking area just next the property. The apartment is very very clean (it's a must for us) and fully equipped. It's an absolute secure place, all fenced-in, with also security cameras and security bars on the windows and doors

What makes this property unique

Breeze place, very close to the ocean (80 meters), with a close bar and restaurant, bus stop and little grocery. Unique white thin sandy beaches around (Silver Sands, Rescue Beach, Silver Rock), no traffic at all, not too many constructions around. It's still a wild spot and place where you can even admire monkeys, parrots, hamming birds, whales and turtles.
