The unit has appliances ( refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and tv). The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and complete dinnerware and glassware for daily use and entertainment. The occupants will have access to the pool, to the gym, and to the sauna spa. It has lots of storage cabinets to accommodate personal stuff. The location is very accessible to BCG, the Fort, Makati and near the airport. The unit has an available 1 car parking space for an additional fee that can be negotiated. This is a long term rental with minimu of 3 months stay.
