Renovated studio for 4 people

Studio renovated in 2018 of 22m2 on the 7th floor. North exhibition with a magnificent mountain and lake view.

Entrance: bunk bed and storage.

Living room: fitted kitchen, convertible corner sofa, table.

Bathroom: WC, shower and sink.

Ski locker on the ground floor.

Ideally located at an altitude of 2100m, close to all shops (50m) and the slopes (200m). This residence is served by Tignes shuttles connecting the three districts (Lavachet, Le Lac and Val Claret). The ski departure is 50 meters away and is by a ski path joining two detachable chairlifts. The return is ski in front of the residence by the track.

Please note that parking is regulated in Tignes and it is best to book in advance at the Lavachet car park.

Wow! Perfect! Great location!

Modern nicely appointed, very comfortable apartment. Lots of hot water. Free Wi-Fi, excellent bandwidth. The view is lovely. It’s very quiet especially from 10 pm onwards. The residents seem to be very respectful of the house rules and seem to be caring for the property. Ski locker downstairs. No clumping of ski boots here as ski boots are not allowed to be worn up beyond the first floor! The apartment is definitely ski in. Ski out is a 50 metre walk to Bus stop # 4min or to the snow for ski out. What I found especially amazing is that Tignes Spirit rentals (which I highly recommend) , Sherpa Supermarche, and the ski pass office are 30 metres from the apartment! Easy! My gracious host Eymeric who lives in Tignes met me upon my arrival.. He was very helpful , accessible and speaks excellent English. The refrigerator has no freezer. That’s the only minus of this great apartment. There’s always the “balcony freezer”😬
