About this property

Studio renovated in 2019 of 22m2 on the 2nd floor. North exhibition with a magnificent mountain and lake view.
Entrance: bunk bed and storage.
Living room: fitted kitchen, convertible corner sofa, table.
Bathroom: WC, shower and sink.
Ski locker on the ground floor.

Ideally located at an altitude of 2100m, close to all shops (50m) and the slopes (200m). This residence is served by Tignes shuttles connecting the three districts (Lavachet, Le Lac and Val Claret). The ski departure is 50 meters away and is done by a ski path joining two detachable chairlifts. The return is ski to feet in front of the residence by the track.

Please note that parking is regulated in Tignes and it is best to book in advance at the Lavachet car park.
