Spacious, historic, center hall colonial is 2.5 miles to Broadway & SPAC, and 4 miles to the Saratoga race track. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, that comfortably sleeps six. First floor includes a large open concept kitchen and dining room, large family room with adjoining sunroom, and a half bath. For parties larger then 6, there is plenty of room for air mattresses and the family room now has a brand new 5 piece sectional couch. The sunroom also includes a pullout sofa. Great outdoor patio with dining set equipped with gas grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking with circle driveway in front. Washer & Dryer in laundry room on 1st floor. Updates include modern kitchen with stainless steel fridge, microwave/oven, toaster oven, coffee Kurig, granite countertops and light fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Newly painted throughout and updated bathrooms. WiFi, air conditioned, garbage removal, home gym included.

Beautiful Home/convenient to downtown.

We had a great stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood and beautifully decorated. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Small inconveniences—Coffee pot is Keurig, so one cup at a time, and pillows a little stiff.

Wonderful Home!

We had an amazing girls' trip to Saratoga! Erin's home was very cute and clean - perfect for our group. It's about a 5 minute drive to town and a great central location. The bedrooms were spacious with a massive master closet. The couch in the living room is super comfy and large enough for everyone to hang out in there and watch some tv by the fire. Kitchen was new and had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely stay again! 5 stars :)

A Lovely Place to Stay

My wife, brother, friend and I stayed to attend a couple of shows at SPAC. Our needs were three bedrooms, at least two full baths, and proximity. I also wanted a grill. This home hit them all (two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, there's a half-bath off the kitchen). The kitchen was nicely stocked with more basics than I would have expected (I never know what to expect). Erin was welcoming and allowed us (because it was vacant the night before, I assume) early access. We made most of our own breakfasts and all of our own dinners. We didn't use the outdoor firepit, but it was nice to have it available - and prepared for a fire. It'd be a nice place for s'mores. The homeowner's bed was comfortable and there was more than ample storage space for clothing. We didn't use the washer or dryer but we noted that they were available to us. Thanks for everything!

A Spectacular Saratoga Weekend!

We had a great time on our recent visit to Saratoga. The house was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis, with the wood-burning fire pit. The house was very close to the racetrack and downtown areas. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great host! Thoughtful touches throughout the process and upon arrival. We had everything we needed and could want at our fingertips within the house. Beautiful home. Very warm and welcoming. Fel gery much at home!!

Nice house/backyard a couple miles from downtown

Very clean house with lots of room and a really nice backyard with fire pit. Nice neighborhood and plenty of yard space to play some games (cornhole, can-jam) and relax by a fire at night. House was very clean when we arrived and owners responded promptly with answers to questions.

We visited Saratoga for the Travers, and this house was excellent. Plenty of room with comfortable bedrooms. After a long day at the track, we were able to come back and relax, including outside by the firepit. Great kitchen, and very convenient location. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home for a Saratoga Weekend!

I booked this home for a girls trip to Saratoga. The house was beautifully decorated and clearly updated recently -the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything we needed - kitchen items, towels, firewood etc were available. There’s tons of parking if you’re traveling with a larger party. Great location close to downtown, the track, and Saratoga lake. The owners were very nice and made communication easy. I would definitely stay here again!
