Set on a lovely Kentish farm estate and surrounded by gentle hills and rural charm, it's the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you're gathering with friends, enjoying a cosy family break, or planning a romantic escape for two, Meadow Cottage offers the ideal countryside retreat.


Kitchen and Dining

With a beautiful and Rustic feel, the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring an Aga cooker and a convenient dishwasher, with the added bonus of a separate utility room for extra comfort.

The spacious dining room, complete with a large table, invites you to savour leisurely breakfasts or indulge in delicious home-cooked meals.

Relax and unwind in the generously sized lounge, offering ample seating for seven and opening onto a vast lawn – perfect for outdoor play and exploration. Take in the beautiful scenery with a River punting tour whilst you enjoy the sights of the Rive Stour or take a trip to the Marlowe Theatre to watch a show or a comedy night.

Wonderful secluded rural cottage

Charming and spacious property with lots of room to relax inside and out. Well equipped and very comfortable. Very peaceful surroundings and local footpaths let you explore the surrounding countryside and forests. Easy access to Canterbury and the surrounding Kent coastlines.
