Clean and comfortable place to stay. With ample room for a family
We had a great time at this Bungalow. A nice sized secure garden was good for the kids to play in. The surrounding area had plenty to do and enjoy for our three generations. Easy to walk to the beach, and close enough to pop back if we forgot something. Wouldl definitely stay here again.
This is our third time in this most comfortable bungalow. The grandchildren love the beach and the railway and its just like home from home with everything in the bungalow that you could wish for. In fact we love it so much that we have booked again for July 2014.

Best on Romney Marsh
My sister, who was visiting from U.S.A , and I have stayed in many properties on Romney Marsh, but this holiday property is the best so far. Very clean, well equipped and good links to various towns. There was plenty of board games and books to read, which was just as well as it rained for all but two days of our fortnights holiday.

A Great Seaside Break
This property is clean, well equiped, comfortable and is in a quiet location. It is very close to an extensive clean sandy beach. Adjacent to the beach is a seawall which provides the opportunity for pleasant walks. The surrounding area, Romney Marsh and beyond, is interesting and variable. The bungalow is in a great location for a family holiday. Staying here, for a week in May, was very enjoyable and I would like to make a return visit.

lovely holiday bungalow
We stayed in June and had a great time! Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the beach! the property was very clean and well maintained. The beach was very nice and there were good shops in Dymchurch and nearby for shopping. The property had plenty of games for rainy days. There was easy bus access to local towns, we did not have a car, and the property was surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Romney Marsh.
The property was clean with ample space to accommodate me, my elderly mum and my sister. The garden is a spacious area to relax when the weather allows. Table, chairs, umbrella and relaxing chairs are all available as well as a selection of games in the garage for those with a younger family. An overall good experience.

Great place to visit and nice bungalow
As kids we spent many holidays at Dymchurch sands now 50 plus years later took the grandchildren.
Place has not changed we went on the train, walked miles around the zoo, rowed boats along the canal at Hythe, fossil hunting at Folkestone Warren- who said we were getting old.
Waitrose supermarket made life easier better than eating out with the grandchildren.
P.S. the bungalow was great as well.

Dymchurch delight
Very nice, clean bungalow. Ideally situated for visiting local places of interest. Very close to beach and shops. Dymchurch is a quiet village with regular bus services to the larger towns such as Folkestone but a car would be beneficial. The miniature railway is an interesting attraction whoich runs into Hythe and to Dungeness in the opposite direction. This is an ideal location for people wanting either a relaxing holiday/break or for sightseers.

Fabulous Break In Kent
This property really is a home from home. It is the most comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated property we have stayed in. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, warm (we were there in October) and ideally situated to walk to the beach. The location is also a perfect base for exploring the countryside with lots of lovely walks and cycle routes. Also easy to travel to Canterbury. A trip to Rye is well worth the visit with it's pretty streets and individual shops. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Holiday Rental
My Sister and I had a wonderful stay in your holiday bungalow. The beds were very comfy and the property contained every home comfort we could possibly need. It was all done to a very high standard. The only problem we had was the TV which only had BBC 1 & 2, however this really didnt cause us any great concern. We hope to return sometime in the Autumn..........Lovely!

great location, clean bungalow with all utilities
Lovely bungalow, spotlessly clean nicely furnished and decorated, far better than the normal holiday properties we stay in.
Double bed was very comfortable after a long day out and the 2nd television a real treat.
Dymchurch and area was very pretty and unspoilt with lots to do and explore.
The owners had thought of everything walk books, maps and even a tide table.
The beach is all flat, sand and easy to walk on, lovely for children.
We had a lovely holiday and would return without a doubt, already thinking about a September break

Great relaxing break
This bungalow is clean and tidy and very comfortable. There was a lot of leaflets and maps provided for us to use. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and walking along the sea wall was a delight. We also went for a walk in hythe next to the canal. The local bus service was very frequent and really easy and good value. We will being definately be going back to Dymchurch next year and look forward to staying there again. We would thoroughly recommend the bungalow to all our friends and family.

Perfect seaside retreat
We found the bungalow very clean and tidy. It was fitted out with all you would need. There is a nice private enclosed garden which is nice to sit in and listen to the birds singing. If you are looking for a beach there as one just minutes from the front door, I mean walking minutes and when you get there you will see sand as for as you can see, with a new promenade if you do not want to get sandy feet. A short trip from the bungalow and you can explore places like Dungeness, Rye, Hastings, Hythe and Folkstowe, we would say plenty to fill a holiday. We would definitely recommend this bungalow to family and friends.

Having walked along the beach we discovered a quiet cul de sac of bungalows with a footpath to the beach. We bought it for our own holiday for our your children and we now have grandchildren who now enjoy the property
Why they chose this property
Then beach is lovely and flat sand with large pools of water when the tide goes out safe for children ideal for sandcastles and beach games. Also dog friendly. All of this just an hour from London
What makes this property unique
Easy flat access to the beach and only a short walk along the sea wall to Dymchurch village
