Adjoining the Owner's home and recently completely renovated, sleeping 4, the cottage has a bright living area with wood effect flooring and rugs and a comfortable corner sofa, for relaxing with a good book, whilst enjoying the views. The well-equipped kitchen leads onto a utility room which has a washer/dryer. Outside the garden has an attractive decking area to the front and sheltered patio to the rear, both providing the perfect place to sit and enjoy the tranquil countryside views. This is a delightful location for walkers and the property does accept 1 dog, so perfect for exploring the Kentish countryside with your best friend! Although in a very rural location, the city of Canterbury is only 8 miles away: a UNESCO world heritage site with beautiful cathedral, museums, excellent shopping, punting on the river and a wide choice of restaurants. There are nice local pubs in the village and a coffee shop serving homemade cakes.
