The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook your favourite meals whilst in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 2 bathrooms at the property. One is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower. The other is a shower room with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

We are a few minutes walk from Canterbury town centre and the various sights of Canterbury including the Cathedral, Westgate Gardens and the cobbled high street!

Canterbury is compact and everything is just a short walk away.

Parking - We can organise an on-street permit parking valid from 15 minutes before check-in to 15 minutes after check-out at a cost of £9 per night. The parking spots are located on streets close to the property in Canterbury city centre. We require at least 48 hours notice to organise this and require the following information from your car: registration, colour, model and make.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 9pm the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require the completion of our check-in form. This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

LONG TERM STAY CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at additional cost.

PARKING:
We can organise an on-street permit parking valid from 30 minutes before check-in to 30 minutes after check-out at a cost of £9 per night. The parking spots are located on streets close to the property in Canterbury city centre. We require at least 48 hours notice to organise this and require the following information from your car: registration, colour, model and make.

Nice home in perfect central location with comfortable beds, good hot showers, and a stocked kitchen. There was only a tea towel for our 5-night stay, so we bought paper towels and left the remainder for the next guests. The comprehensive house manual is something you don’t always get with a rental, but theirs was full of useful info about the home and Canterbury. One thing not pointed out in the description is a set of steep and narrow stairs heading to the bedrooms on the second floor. It was a challenge getting suitcases up. Finally, our only disappointment was that the serene garden area pictured was a mess: tree debris and moss everywhere, as well as dead plants and lots of overgrown weeds.
