Great location in center of Lisbon (Lift/WI-FI/Air-conditioned)

Well situated in the center of Lisbon on the Baixa / Mouraria district, near the Rossio square, Figueira Square and next to the Hotel Mundial

This brand new and charming flat in the historic city center, nearby the all services and public transports and close the famous station stop the 28 Tram.

We will be there to give you the keys, and local information when you arrive.

We will do our best to make sure your stay in Lisbon is truly memorable and out having to worry about your accommodation.

It is on the five floor, with Air-conditioned, Elevator and garage. The elevator gives access to the garage below the building, with parking for one car.

Great location and easily accessible

The property was in the Martin Moniz neighborhood of Lisbon. Near a lot of shops and restaurants. Close to public transportation. The building itself was quiet, but the location can get noisy, plenty of foot traffic. We had no issues while visiting. The smart TV was great with plenty of apps for entertainment.

I can recommend this apartment HIGHLY! It is the perfect location for walking around all areas of Lisbon with a grocery store and cafe super close. A five minute walk to Rossi square and from there 15 min. to the water! The owner provided a contact (Carolina) who messaged me the day prior to arrival which was most reassuring. She met me at my convenience and her English was superb, answering all my questions easily. The nearby Hotel Mundial made for a perfect spot to call Ubers to and a safe place to wait for them. A MOST successful stay, thanks for a lovely Lisbon home :)

Clean and central to many tourist destinations

Check in was easy. Carlotta stayed in touch with us and gave us instructions for the flat. Neat and clean! We enjoyed the location. Cafe right downstairs and near Metro. Note- Rossio is the closest stop. Very walkable to many attractions!

Central Lisbon

Excellent property with all the amenities and loads of space. Central location close to metro, restaurants and markets. The owners were great to communicate with and gave the best check-in orientation we’ve ever had. I wondered about the wall right outside the window but it’s a ruin and the suite is not below grade. when you look out you can see the street and check the weather.

Comfortable space in the heart of Lisbon

We loved our stay at Fabiola and Antonio's flat! It was absolutely perfect for the 4 nights we spent in Lisbon. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to all the best spots in the city. The flat itself was clean and spacious for 2 people. Very comfortable and had all the amenities you need! The elevator is very handy if you have a lot of luggage, and air-conditioning was great when it got a little warmer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and hosts were very communicative and helpful! We would highly recommend to anyone to stay and would happily return!!

The host Carolina was welcoming.The address was difficult to find and we were to meet Carolina at a different location, at which time we walked to the hotel location, through a large gate and garage.We were a few minutes after 10 o’clock (because of the difficulty finding the address) at which time we were charged a late fee. The room was large and clean except for the fish smell in the fridge , which we couldn’t use. At night there was little sleep because of the loud music and yelling from the street below ( we were on 5th floor) this continued until 3 am. The area was not what we expected, it was sketchy to say the least and felt uncomfortable while out at night. Definitely not a place I would return to.

Comfortable lodgings; easy location

We found our lodgings quite comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. We were close to two Metro stops and easy walking distance to the Rossio train station. The apartment was quiet and we felt secure inside. The alley and stairs outside were a bit littered, evidence of late night/overnight occupants. The apartment was well-equipped, but with the plethora of nearby restaurants we didn’t use the cooking facilities. The bed was comfortable, although the room would accommodate a queen-sized and would be welcome. Lots of closet and storage space. It would have been useful to have a small rack in the showerfor shampoos and soaps; everything needed to be retrieved from the floor. There was a dishwasher but we didn’t find pucks available so we had to leave the dishes as is. The hosts gave lots of suggestions and we found them useful.

This was a great spot. The host was very good and met us off site to guide us up to the location (different entry options). The place was very nice had all the amenities we were looking for. It is a Great location - close to two different Metro stops, steps away from the starting location for Tram 28, and near Rossio Square. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and tourist sites. I really enjoyed my stay and if I have a chance to visit Lisbon again, I would stay here again.

El piso estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado porque estaba cerca de todo, al lado de paradas de bus y tranvía. Sin embargo, el anuncio no es correcto. La casa no dispone de piscina como pone en el anuncio. Asimismo, el check in tardío es a partir de las 20.00h y la suma que hay que pagar por ello es más elevada de lo que especifican, a su vez si llegas más tarde de las 22h es aún más caro. Y por último, dispone de plaza de garaje la cual hay que pagar, cosa que tampoco especifica en el anuncio.

Au cœur de Lisbonne

Appartement très bien situé

L'appartement d'Antonio est très bien situé. Proche de la gare de Rossio et de la place Dom Pedro IV, nous pouvons accéder à Cais do Sodré à pied sans problème. Les métros, bus, tramways sont aussi à proximité de l'appartement, ce qui facilite grandement nos déplacements. Une petite supérette ainsi que quelques commerces de bouche sont au pied, voire à quelques centaines de mètres de l'appartement.L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, et une personne est là pour nous accueillir.Un petit regret toutefois, c'est le lit de camp préparé pour le troisième adulte.Merci encore Antonio de nous avoir permis de visiter Lisbonne dans de bonne conditions.
