This century-old farm, was owned by an English family who, throughout his life has built this wonderful paradise.

The hause features 4 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a common living/dinning room , an office with internet access, a laundry room and a lift for those who have difficulty to walk.

Superbes moments passés dans cette maison. Un vrai bonheur à partager en famille. De multiples coins pour l'apéro et les repas, tous merveilleux. A deux pas de Funchal (même s'il faut prendre la voiture). Je conseille vivement !

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil mal nicht im Hotel-Massentourismusbereich, sondern in einer Villa mit Schlafzimmer für 8 Personen, 3 Bädern, 4 Toiletten, Riesenküche, Sehr großen Wohnzimmer, und und und. 2 Bäder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, 1 Bad mit toller Dusche dafür riesieg und recht modern. Garten unglaublich groß und schön. Pool wunderbar zum abkühlen. Vielleicht sollte man in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass alles eingerichtet und vorhanden ist, Handtücher Bademäntel für Pool, Webergrill, Küchenausstattung - alles inklusive. Meine Empfehlung und gut möglich nochmal hier zu urlauben.

Schönes Haus, ABER:Fotos sind mindestens 10Jahre alt u. es sollte dringend was repariert /verbessert werden! Küche: Geschirrspülkörbe kaputt,Filter bei Eisschrank muss getauscht werden,Ameisen laufen überall. Wohnzimmer:Bezüge von Sessel u. Couch "speckig", ohne Decke lieber nicht setzen, Gar-dinen staubig,Stühle marode, wackeln,einige Lichtschalter u.Lampen gehen nicht. Arbeits-zimmer:Außenwand "blüht aus",riecht muffig,Gäste-WC: Rand beim Waschbecken unter Marmorplatte verschimmelt, riecht feucht u.muffig.In allen Bädern oben Fugen u.Silikon bei Badewannen u.Dusche ver-schimmelt bzw.schwarz,ekelig. Linkes Bad oben:Lüfter sehr laut,beim Spülen der Toilette klingt es,als ob eine Feuerwerk-rakete startet. Nachts lieber nicht benutzen. Hauptschlaf-zimmer:Betten unterschiedlich, sieht einfach nicht schön aus, Teppich sehr grau,(auf keinen Fall mehr beige)ohne Haus-schuhe lieber nicht! 3 Staubsauger,aber 2 gehen nicht,einer total verdreckt.Klimaanlage geht nur im WZ, 1 kleiner Ventilator wirbelt eher den vielen Staub auf! Schlafen bei offenen Fen-ster nicht möglich, weil Hunde-gebell der Umgebung vor allem Nachts durchgehend.Jalousien im Haus stark verschmutzt, verbogen,z.T.defekt.Jeden Samstag 8 Stunden Lärm durch Gärtner(Motorsense).Reinigung erfolgte bei uns nicht,nur Betten u.Handtücher gewechselt. Insgesamt tolle Gegend,Haus muss innen u.außen renoviert werden!So,wie auf den Fotos, ist es nicht vor Ort!

Quinta mit tropischem Garten

Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen in der Quinta Vitoria oberhalb von Sao Goncalo. Anfahrt auf enger Straße und Wenden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, der Garten ein Traum. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann es allerdings recht kühl werden trotz Kamin. Einige Dinge könnten modernisiert werden, aber insgesamt empfehlendswert.

Wundervolle Villa umgeben von Grün

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Objekt verbracht. Die ganze Familie inklusive Nachwuchs. Der Garten ist fantastisch, die Küche riesig und der Aufenthalt war toll. In wenigen Minuten ist man sowohl an Flughafen als auch in Funchal. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben aber teilweise schon etwas gealtert. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Bad, zwei teilen sich ein Bad, ein WC extra. Ausreichend für 8 Personen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht, spricht fantastisch englisch und ist unkompliziert. Eine Bäckerei ist in der Nähe, die Empfehlungen des Eigentümers bezüglich Restaurants sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wundervoller Garten und schönes Haus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im netten Haus mit einem fast botanischen Garten verbracht und auch schon ein bisschen im kleinen Pool gebadet (Ende Februar). Sehr angenehm! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Blick über den Garten aufs Meer ist toll! Joao, der Vermittler der Wohnung war sehr freundlich und hiflsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This truly is a magnificent place to stay. It is spacious, well laid out and has lots of extras to make your holiday very relaxing. On arrival at the airport, John met and guided us to the villa which was reassuring having never visited Madeira before. Throughout our stay, John was available if we needed to ask anything and is without doubt the friendliest owner I’ve dealt with. The villa itself is stunning with a lovely pool in the well kept gardens. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and it has a huge cooker, 2 ovens and a decent fridge with an ice maker. The beds are really comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The property is some distance from the centre. There is a bus service which isnt expensive, but requires walking up the very steep lane to reach the main road. We tried to get a Taxi to come for us twice but they struggled to locate the place. I would say a car is essential. The views from the garden are stunning and you are not overlooked or crowded. I would highly recommend this property and in the future would definitely like to return.

Es una casa excelente, super bien equipada, con un jardín maravilloso y una piscina muy agradable. Muy bien situada y comunicada, está cerca de Funchal pero es muy tranquila y apacible.
