The kitchen was spotless, living room and dining room has lots of character and is very comfortable. It’s close to downtown. The beds were very comfortable too.

Good value - a comfortable traditional cottage in a quiet road but close to all the amenities of the town. Abergavenny is a lovely place enfolded by hills and a good base to explore the area. The local public transport links are remarkably good. The cottage itself was great. I stayed in late summer so didn't try the heating but everything else was fine. The welcome-pack of Welsh cakes, wine etc was generous and a nice surprise.
After a stressful journey we were made to feel instantly at home with a thoughtful and lovely welcome package. The house was as described and extra effort had been made with the childrens room to ensure any family with children would be instantly entertained.
A great property a fabulous host and a lovely placr to explore the countryside from.
We had a great time in this comfortable cottage. I think this place is even better than the listing. Kids loved exploring in the back garden and liked that there was a little room for them to play in. We ate outside which was nice. The washer/dryer and the dishwasher worked great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location is perfect. Nice quiet street but just a few minutes stroll into the town center. We didn’t really use our car once we were there. Very cozy living room and the bedrooms were perfect. My 5 year old loved that there were some toys in the bunk bed room. We were able to find parking on the street.
