About this property

ROMAC Trinity I - 3bedrooms by Campo de' Fiori with Sauna and Jacuzzi

Our apartment is situated in a building from the 20th century, on the 2nd floor with elevator. Upon entering the apartment, you will find an authentic suite equipped with every comfort.

You will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (of which 2 “en suite”) and a living room with kitchen area, to accommodate up to 6 people.

Entering the house the first element that stands out is the French barbed oak flooring, a precious rarity in the furnishings of Roman houses.

The first room to visit is the so-called "suite", with a double bed, sauna and two-seat jacuzzi. There is also an en-suite bathroom with shower, decorated with a scenic floral wallpaper. The second bedroom with bunk beds has been designed for the younger guests; however, the beds have a standard size (90x190) suitable for everyone. This room has a bathroom with shower, located just opposite. The last room is a triple room, equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. A small but functional walk-in closet allows you to conveniently manage suitcases and clothes. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Guided by a blade of light that illuminates the corridor, we return to the living room, where we find the kitchen area, the dining table and the TV area.

The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave. In this area there is also a washing machine with dryer.

Each room is supplied with air conditioning and digital tv with Netflix and Prime Video. In the living room Sky TV is also provided.

Parking is available for our guests at an extra fee.

The recent renovation of this apartment was followed by a team of architects who curated the entire project, selecting valuable and elegant finishes and furnishings. Particular attention has been given to the lighting, aligned with a contemporary design, to custom-made carpentry and iron pieces: wardrobes, bathroom furniture and kitchen furnishings are all created by the hand of an interior designer and a team of wood and iron artists.

Pleasant Stay
The apartment was in great location with just a short walk to Campo de Fiori and Traverese. There was a cafe and a gelato place right by the apartment. The Cafe had delicious reasonably priced pastries and my kids went to the gelato shop 4 times in our 3 night stay. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was surprisingly very quiet and we couldn’t really hear any of the neighbors. My kids found the elevator a little questionable, but I thought it was fine. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub, and it was nice after a long day of sight seeing. I really wanted to try the sauna, but it was 1000 degrees outside, so we skipped it. I personally loved having the three bathrooms. With six people getting ready it was nice to have the extra space. The neighborhood has a gritty charm to it. I felt perfectly safe walking by myself at night and in the early morning. My older kids (22 & 20) went over the bridge to Traverse every night and were fine coming back home at 3 or 4a.m. I really enjoyed the apartment and would stay here again.

Great apartment tarnished by two break in
Lovely , updated apartment in a great location in Rome. Very modern , updated and had air conditioning and an elevator. Walking distance to many city highlights as well as shops and restaurants. Catherine met us exactly as planned for check in and explained features of the apartment as well as gave us a map. She also mentioned that the safe was not working but demonstrated a seemingly very secure lock system for the door and made sure I could work it. When we returned from sightseeing the day after check in I discovered that 500 euros and 200 US dollars were taken from my backpack .I had locked the door securely prior to leaving. We contacted Catherine to make her aware and she responded quickly and tried to fix the safe unsuccessfully. The next day our sons wallet and 150 were taken from his room. This building seems safe with a keyed entry to the building and a very secure lock system on the door, but apparently this was not enough. There was construction on the adjacent apartment and a workman saw us leave. It had to be that or someone with a master key. It is a shame because we really liked the apartment and location but would not rent again .

Great time
We selected property for it’s location and were really pleased with everything. Nathalie met us there and we were able to check in super early so we didn’t have to worry about luggage storage on our first day arriving into Rome. The apartment was other enough for all 6 adults and allowed us to walk to all major site seeing attractions. Housekeeping service was great in the middle of our stay. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Wonderful! Location, Modern, Roomy
(we = couple + teens on European vacation. We are not Four Seasons type. Love a nice W hotel or a groovy country cabin. ) Loved this Rome apt as our final stop in Europe. Italian chic -- Modern, well appointed, comfortable beds, air conditioned, best location, superb communication. Master has memory mattress and super linens - we slept! Giant tub and sauna (didn't use). nice en suite. Middle room has bunk beds. Sort of on the smallish side for large Americans but it had a good size empty armoire. Comfy beds - not miniature twins but the xl type. "Back" room has queen + a single bed -- great for couple and child or a group of teens. Has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Kitchen = super clean and modern, nice dishes etc. Needed a few things like salt and pepper but I think the place is brand new, so I left some olive oil for whoever comes next! Nespresso machine. Nice big round DR table for everyone. Small TV lounge with 2 seater sofa. Not giant house but a nice roomy apt. Netflix and other smart TV options. Great wifi. AC = lifesaver in hot Rome. Location was great - Off Via dei Trinita Pelligrini alley. You enter the parking lot to find front door of apt bldg. This position is just one block over the bridge to lively Trastavere but away from too much chaos. The bldg is practically on top of Pianostrada (reserve for dinner - it's great) and near gelato, coffee, and mini market. Easy! Travel tips: Carry cash. Italians appreciate. and yes tip 10 -15%. We walked A LOT and saw sites at night via Lime Scooter. If I were to do it again, I'd get a bus pass for the week because it runs on main drag nearby. Taxis in Rome are not as scary as the stereotype - they're fine if you communicate well. Ubers work but take longer and are more expensive. Communication with manager was excellent. Everything clear by email/VRBO and then WhatsApps was reassuring -- having a human answering questions matters to me! Eva (delightful) and Alessia checked us in and out, helped us get oriented and organized our cars to airport. A wonderful team - made the stay that much nicer. Even mailing back some jewelry left behind. Worst feedback I can think of is that the building is designed so you can hear chairs moving overhead apt or faint conversation from below. Not the fault of the apt or managers, just sort of standard city living stuff. Highly recommend and I'd stay here again -- can't wait to get back to Rome. Ciao!
