Great stay at Piazza Navona

Emma’s property is first rate and in a wonderful location. The apartment itself is outstanding and a great place for relaxation and seeing Rome. Emma’s many helpful dining recommendations were great. We will eagerly stay with Emma again.

A Home in Rome!

Emma's property was perfect for our family of 7! She was a great hostess and greeted us at the door. We felt we had met an old friend. Emma and her husband helped with logistics for all aspects of our visit. She arranged very reasonable transportation.The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful apartment! All amenities we needed were there! The beds were all comfortable, including the pull-out couch.The location could not be better! It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and bus stops. We would absolutely stay here again!!! grazie Emma!

Fantastic center of Rome place

Great communication, especially with a delayed flight. Can’t thank Emma enough. Loved the space and location. So much was going on in the city that we didn’t know about in advance, so it was wonderful to have a central location that allowed for breaks in the middle of the day. Reminder to others, this is an old property, so little quirks along the way. Washer but no dryer, but clothes dried on the line very quickly. We were two families, that totaled 7 people (three being older teen boys). It was a perfect amount of space with amazing views. I would love to stay again.

The apartment was great for our group of 7 and was close to the places we intended to visit during our short stay. Our host was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again if we had the opportunity.

awesome apartment in the heart of Rome, walkable to everything

Our blended family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed apartment that looks onto the Piazza Navona. We stayed 3 wonderful nights. Emma made check in a breeze and referred us to the best personal tour guide to Rome, Nicola on our 2cd day there, which was a highlight of our 10 day visit to Italy. Emma & Nicola also made great food recommendations & how to get around this beautiful city. Plenty of room for our 4 adult children and us. one small caveat is that you do have to walk thru the den that has the sofa bed (where my son slept) to get to the master bedroom & bath. Also the elevator is tiny, but glad that it was there for our luggage, as the apartment is on the 2cd floor. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful spacious place. . These were small

Great place!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. I expect to spend most of a vacation out and about, but admit it was hard to leave! Even with the bustle of the piazza below it was very relaxing. Communication was easy and it was immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view and central location

This apartment has a gorgeous view of Piazza Navona with large windows that you can open so you can hear and see all the activity in the piazza. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Easy 5-20 minute to walk to any of the main Roman sites.

Fabulous!

The apartment is in a great location, the host was so pleasant and easy to work with we hope we get another opportunity to stay there. A library of guidebooks and puzzles were available for visitors to use. I recommend the apartment to anyone going to Rome.

Right in the middle of everything!

The location , friendliness of host, size of apartment should be a 6 star! I will come back again. Near many restaurants, close to Pantheon and of course Piazza Novana right in front of you!

Amazing apartment in a WONDERFUL LOCATION. Easy access to most sites you want to see and a 2 minute walk to taxi stand for further away sites. Gemma is a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Our second stay here and already looking forward to stay 3 in the future!!

Great experience!

You couldn't ask for a more centrally located property to all the major sites than this apartment. It is within walking distance to most of the classics, and well situated to hundreds of bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment itself is very spacious, well laid out, functional, clean and well appointed. It has a lift for those that may have difficulty with stairs, so that's a bonus. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation! Emma our property manager was absolutely great. She is very kind and attentive, and was very helpful in arranging our stay and in helping with transportation solutions. Overall a great experience.

Magical Navona

I cannot imagine a better location. It is not only central to many walkable attractions, it commands a permanent view of the stunning Piazza Navona. The space itself reminded us of a movie set with spacious vintage elegance and a comfortable array of sleeping arrangements for a family of six. The small but efficient kitchen delighted us and served well for the few times we weren't out sampling the nearby dining options.Our host worked hard to accomodate our language and cultural confusion. She quickly arranged drivers at the last moment and smoothed over problems of our own making. All six of us would recommend this space with genuine enthusiasum.Thank you Emma, for your expertise and generosity

Feel the Energy of Rome

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the location cannot be beat. It's right in the heart of Rome, the windows open onto the Piazza Navona. The linens and bathrooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well-equipped. Very safe and well-lit, doors were secure. Usual quirks with an old building, nothing out of the ordinary for Europe. There is a lift to help with luggage, which was definitely useful. The host was readily available via WhatsApp. We had one issue with a key not working properly shortly after arriving. The host returned immediately and gave us a new one to make sure we didn't waste any time on our vacation. He also provided us restaurant recommendations for the area, and got us a driver to/from the airport. This made for an excellent family vacation in a city I had never visited before. Five stars all around -- I cannot recommend this property enough!

Perfect Place!

The apartment was in the perfect place, the Piazza Novana. You are close to everything within a walking distance. 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, 20-minute walk to the Vatican and 10-minute walk to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, etc. Don't forget to visit the "Steelers Bar", La Botticella if you're a Steelers fan! Emma was absolutely great to work with! The apartment was just as described and fit our family of 5 perfectly! Having 3 bathrooms was awesome, since it allowed everyone to clean up quickly before going out for the evening for dinner and to walk around. The sushi restaurant next door was a great place to eat, when we needed a break from all of the pasta and pizza. The Taxi station was 1 minute around the corner which would be convenient for a smaller group of people. Trying to find a taxi for 5 is very hard. Most, if not all taxis, only hold 4. If we ever go back to Rome, we would definitely stay in this apartment again.
