Great area to walk just about everywhere! WiFi was a bit spotty in the 2 guest bedrooms but worked in the main room and main bedroom. The washer dryer combo takes only very small loads but we were grateful to have it!
The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to Rome’s center and tons of restaurants and sights. The apartment was clean and spacious and everyone was very comfortable. Livia has very flexible and easy to communicate with.
We were not actually looking forward to being in Rome, simply the airport we were coming into, however the location of this apartment was amazing. Such a wonderful part of the city that we will be coming back. Apartment was perfectly appointed for us. Only issue was a lack of understanding of the technology at initial check in.
Every aspect of our stay was perfect. Livia was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The apartment was perfectly comfortable and roomy for four adults and our five year old granddaughter. Grocery stores, banks, taxi stand and awesome GELATO very near by. It's also located near a lot of small shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor so no noise from people above. The elevator works very nicely. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern and well supplied. Even a few of the everyday essentials are stocked in the kitchen cabinets. We'll definitely look to stay here on our next trip.

More suitable for 2 couples
Even though it sleeps 9 people, it is more suitable for 6. The 3rd bathroom should be labeled as a powder room as it is very small (also no vent so very hot).
They provided only 1 key and the others had to use a icon to get into door. But the wi-if didn’t reach the door so many times you were unable to get in.
There is not a gathering room, so everyone had to sit at kitchen table in uncomfortable chairs.
We were there in very hot weather and it was warm in the apartment.
Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) spent 5 nights here. Property is in a great location. We walked almost everywhere, with an occasional Uber to the far east side of town.
Apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is up five flights of narrow, spiraling stairs. There is an elevator, but it is very small, even by European standards. Two people are a tight fit. One person and a roll aboard is about what it can accommodate. Not an issue, as we generally took the stairs, but might be for a larger group that might all need the lift.
Linens and towels could be upgraded in both quality and quantity, but both were more than acceptable. The washer/dryer worked well as a washer, not so well as a dryer, so we hung up clothes to dry.
Livia was extremely responsive and helpful. We had no real issues, but got quick responses to any questions that we had.
Overall, we were very pleased and had a fantastic trip. The property worked perfectly for us and we were very happy with the value.
This was the perfect home for my family and I to stay for a quick stop over in Rome en route to Tuscany. The apartment was MASSIVE and had just the right amount of room for the 8 of us to sleep comfortably and recharge as we set out to see everything Rome has to offer in two short days, The apartment is perfectly located and several bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants were all within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The atrium was great for coffee in the morning and offered just the right amount of outdoor space, and the 3+ bathrooms made everyone comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying at this huge apartment, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and requests.
This apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good lighting and modern/updated decor. The kitchen was a lovely gathering place. Great location, but need patience with the elevator. The host was friendly and very responsive. Overall, I recommend this for a family of 4 adults. Thanks!
