The villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, a living area with air-conditioning and SAT TV, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms of which one has a washing machine. The roofed terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for breakfast or dinner. Beside the private pool, there are sunbeds. The garden is pawed and fenced. The guest have a private parking in front of the house, WIFI and a BBQ on theire disposal. The location of the villa offers you a peaceful vacation away from the city noise. Ideal for a holiday in complete peace and quiet. The Lim Bay is only a 10 minutes drive away. Nearby there are several other idyllic places for excursions and sightseeing: Rovinj, Svetvinčenat, Žminj and other places worth visiting.
