Amazing home in Nedescina with WiFi

Spend a pleasant holiday in this beautiful semi-detached house in the small village of Vreari. The cosily furnished rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with living room. The beautiful outdoor pool invites you to cool off on hot summer days. Visit Rabac and stroll along the beautiful promenade with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. In Rabac you will find pebble beaches with crystal clear bathing water, and you can also take some boat trips. You can also visit the historic centre of the town of Labin, situated on a hill, where many events are held in summer.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Check-in verlief etwas holprig, weil wir Probleme mit unserer SIM Karte hatten. Die Verabredung über Whatsapp kam dann aber doch zustande und Anna Maria war innerhalb von Minuten am Haus.Sehr, sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterland. Vor allem dann sehr ruhig, wenn die zweite Wohnung im Haus mit eigenem Pool nicht belegt ist (so wie bei uns) und der direkt angrenzende Kindergarten noch Ferien macht. Wir hatten also großes Glück.Nur 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten großen Plodine Supermarkt + Einkaufszentrum.Pool wird wöchentlich gewartet. Geschwungene Sonnenliegen am Pool aus Hartplastik sind ok, aber hart und auf Dauer unbequem. Auf dem Bauch oder auf der Seite liegen geht damit nicht.Kücheneinrichtung ist gut bestückt, damit kommt man super durch.Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und hatten sehr viel Platz in dem geräumigen Haus.

Das Haus ist sehr schön es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, der garten ist sehr groß mit Grill und Pool. Würden es wieder buchen
