Cleanbnb are bandits
Never got to see this apt bc of Covid-19.
Cleanbnb refused to refund our money.
Their no refund policy should only cover individual circumstances not a pandemic and travel ban. We were not allowed to travel out of the country from Canada. They pocketed our money and rebooked the apt. Bandits.
