I chose this apartment for it’s location as I was attending a workshop at SRISA. Due to the fact that the apartment was on the fourth floor (which is not a problem for me) it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment while not exceptional had everything I needed. I would have like to have an instructional letter as to how to work a few things but I got figured things out with the help of the phone number provided. Host was quick to reply. All in all it was fine for my needs.
Property was ok. Not terrible, but certainly not great. Location was ok. Not terrible, but certainly not great.
What really stood out was the days leading up to check-in. I must have received 15 messages from the managers (more than one) demanding a specific time for check-in. We were driving around Tuscany enjoying our holiday - and the last thing I wanted was yet another text message to stare at my phone. Felt like I was at work with a very pushy line manager! I had already confirmed twice and agreed to the check-in window, but they wanted to know *exactly* when we'd arrive despite initial instructions offering a clear window.
Honestly wish I'd spent LESS money on a simple hotel.
