We loved how clean the apartment was, the location with restaurants, and small markets nearby. All communications with the owner were answered quickly. I would stay again.
The apartment was close to everything while still being quiet. Communication was fast and easy and check-in was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone coming to Florence.
This apartment was fantastic! Very clean, fantastic location, communicative host. Laundry facilities were shared with one other apartment, but they were extremely courteous when we were doing laundry at the same time. I would absolutely stay here again!
Close to railway station and sightseeing destinations Comfortable bedRennovated bathroomVery bright and cleanHas washer/dryer and ironGood value accommodation Good kitchenette, fine for making breakfast, small fridge was handy-Very noisy area all night so couldn't sleep with windows open, okay with windows closed and fan on-No flyscreen to keep mosquitos out-Low water pressure for shower-No lift, and very steep stairs with bad lughting to 2nd floir
My boyfriend and I stayed here 3 nights. We appreciated this comfortable apartment which allowed us to prepare meals and do laundry. It is nicely decorated and modern. The AC was also nice to have.
Location is near the train station which was a plus with 3 big bags. Also pretty close to all the sites and desirable areas, although the immediate area is not the most trendy.
We loved Romeo’s apartment, it is in a great location! Only 6 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and walking distance to the major sites. The check in was very well organized. We appreciate the folder with information regarding Wi-Fi and other instructions for the apartment. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it’s on the second floor and there are stairs. It was fine for us, we would stay there again.

It is a lovely unit, close to the station, I was not aware that the unit was second floor without a lift, shocked but not too dismayed. Some instruction in english for the washer/dryer would have been useful. All in all a great stay.
Thank you Gisele and team
Lovely clean apartment that's really close to main areas in Florence. The area can get a bit noisy as there are quite a lot of drunk people hanging around outside but we still felt safe. The apartment is well equipped but could have done with a kettle to make coffee. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment close to the centre of Florence.
The apartment is very comfortable for one or two people. The fan could use a little help, as it makes noise even on low, but the AC works. I did not realize it has about 34 stairs to climb, so it can be a lot if you're older or have lots of luggage. But it's an easy walk to the river and train station. Plus, all the lovely places to visit in Florence.
Some specific issues with the place but it’s in a good location and it’s comfortable.
One item of note is that we were not told ahead of time that it was in a resident parking only area. We managed but it would have been good to know ahead of time.
We had a great stay at this VRBO. This was a very nice, recently renovated apartment. The apartment was well kept, the kitchen (even though we didn't use it) has all the amenities that you would want for a meal or breakfast. It was a easy walk from the train station (8 mins - a real plus), and all the major museums and sites were 20-40 mins(40 was to get to Piazzale Michelangelo). Good value for the cost. The only drawback is that the apartment was on the second floor, so you will need carry up the two flights of stairs to the apartment. We would definitely consider it again.
We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Very easy self check in but lots of stairs. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance of all attractions. I travelled with my husband and felt safe in the neighborhood but not sure I would have felt as safe at night alone.
Great location, close to the train station as well as walking distance to major sights. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Perfect home for 2. Wifi and air condioning worked great. Easy check in process. Would definately recommend!

Nice, clean, well-managed property. Close to train station and city centre. Sometimes the neighbourhood is a bit noisy at night. Overall, a great choice!
The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable bed and modern interior. We had difficulty entering the building each time due to the old lock. The area is not exactly what we were hoping for, as it felt a little unsafe at times. Good communication with apartment manager.
Close to the train station for an easy walk with luggage in tow. Very authentic stay compared to a hotel. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. As stated in other reviews, the ceiling fan makes noise. We figured out how to make the clothes washer dry as well, after several attempts. Google translate didn’t help much. I guess it adds to the experience of foreign travel. The kitchen has no microwave, but it didn’t matter because we ate all our meals out. There are several decent restaurants in the area and the main sights are within walking distance.
