Clean and well planned apartment

A clean and very well planned apartment with restaurants and supermarket nearby, perfect for a couple spending a few days in Florence. Walking distance to the old town and most of the important sights. The host Nicola was very nice and helpful.

The Doors of San Frediano

The apartment was lovely and well suited to sleep 3-4 people in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants & just a 20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella, The Duomo.

Nice apartment. Good location with walking distance to everything. The apartment lacked kitchen things like, salt/pepper, hand towel, no coffee filters/ tea. A few more comforts would be nice for the price. Also, if you're a large person you will never fit in the small shower opening. Host was quick to answer and had lots of helpful suggestions for the area.

Dear Darren,thank u for your kind suggestions,I will surely add salt/pepper,oil/vinegar and coffee/tea filters from now on - but let me clear that these items were not included in the kitchen equipment that I clearly mention on my listing, meaning that the house is equipped with all is mentioned, nothing missing. But I agree that we can always improve and I thank u for the suggestion. Since u expected something from me,let me kindly remark that I expected that u left in the house the money for the city taxes,money that u did not have at the moment of the check in,and that u promised to leave at the moment of the check out,but u did not…next time please remind it,so that I dont have to call Vrbo service,asking them to contact you.

Terrible experience ! Julian is TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND ARROGANT,THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD SINCE I’VE BEEN ON VRBO. Julian left the house in disastrous conditions and during his stay he overflowed me with continuous demands and arguments, even calling me during the night to ask for a toilet paper roll. He pretends to receive 24h/day assistance, he doesn’t understand - or pretend not to understand - that the host is not a slave available during the night for your moods. He doesnt know the basic rule of education : ABSOLUTELY NON RECOMMENDED.
