Villa Treia is a characteristic and welcoming one-story independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Treia you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Treia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Poggiardo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a number of restaurants at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards). You will reach Villa Treia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Treia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.6 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with wood benches. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up approximately 15 stairway steps. It is equipped with wood benches, as well as with chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. In the garden you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an external access.
AnnexBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom patio climbing two steps. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a practical fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
