(Is classed as an 8 Berth however the pull out sofa bed is a small double)

The new decking and sunken hot tub can seat up to 5 people, the hot tub also has a Whirlpool Jet function, the lighting in the pool can be changed in colour at a push of a button to suit your mood, there is also soft blue decking lights and an outside light that can be independently turned on/off. There is parking next to the mobile home.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins. (also a small double bed pull out if required). Bed linen is provided however you will need to bring your own towels. The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower.

The caravan is located in a quiet area of the site yet only a 5 min walk to the center, a 3 min walk to a pub/restaurant off site and will be only 5 mins walk from the new large outdoor heated swimming pool

Tattershall Lakes is packed full of exciting activities for all the family to enjoy, plus it is the perfect location if you want to explore Lincolnshire and only 40 minutes drive to Skegness for additional attractions or an afternoon at the coast.
The park has various Lakes that are set aside for waterskiing, jetskiing, angling, wakeboarding and even a new Aqua Park! There is some great fishing, a swimming pool, gym, Steam room, Sauna, splash park, bars and family diner as well as a SPA to get a relaxing massage.
In 2020 there is a new large outdoor heated Swimming pool and also in good weather an outdoor Cinema.
The Site also holds special event weekends between June and December e.g. Music, Panto’s etc.

If wanting to use the Away Resorts site facilities/Activities then passes have to be purchased from Away Resorts these are priced for either up to 6 nights or for 7 nights and above and are priced for peak or non-peak times, they are for per caravan (not per person).. Buy through caravan owner

Along the main road only a 2 min drive away there is a co-op or continue 2 minutes more into Congingsby with is various takeaways, food shops, restaurants and pubs.
Food can be obtained on site at the Spitfire bar or delivered to the caravan, there is also a pub restaurant only 3 mins walk from the caravan off site along a short path.

Please keep the noise down after 11pm if in the tub --- young kids are sleeping near
