The home has two dining areas offering versatile dining options and a luxury open plan family lounge with a 65 inch flat screen HD TV for the family to enjoy. There is an additional family sitting area on the ground floor with 2 sofas plus a PS4 Gaming Nook on the first floor landing with a two seater sofa which can convert to additional sleeping if needed, plus 55 inch flat screen TV and PS4 gaming console and games.

All five bedrooms have a flat screen TV with full cable access and ceiling fans in each room offering additional ventilation for your comfort. Free high speed WIFI is available throughout the property and the two car garage has been converted to a soccer themed games room with pool table, air hockey and Foosball table and has two 52 inch ceiling fans for the added comfort of a cool breeze.. Framed signed shirts, memorabilia, 55 inch cable TV and bar height table and stools add extra interest and a sports bar theme.

Please note we do have close circuit TV installed at the perimeter of the property for your safety and security. Over occupancy is strictly against Florida State law and will result in your contract being terminated and eviction with immediate effect without refund.
