4 Bedroom House at Hampton Beach

This 4 bedroom house is located just a block from the beach on a quiet dead end street (Perkins Avenue) in the heart of Hampton Beach. The house offers a wonderful year round heated front porch, 4 bedrooms, an updated bathroom, spacious kitchen and living room, plenty of parking for 4 cars, a wonderful back deck and a private yard. There is free wifi and a smart TV. The house has two window air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer for clothes and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms feature queen size beds. One bedroom has a pair of twin beds and one bedroom has bunks beds with two twin size mattresses. The front porch offers a dining table and futon for comfortable lounging. The deck is the perfect place to relax, grill and eat outside while the private yard provides some extra space for everyone. You could sleep 10 if you used the futon or the mattresses pulled out from under the bunk beds.

Please note that this house does not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to leave the house as they found it. This means sweeping / vacuuming the sand off the floors, emptying the refrigerator and wiping down the countertops and bathroom. There are plenty of pillows and comforters for you to use but you will need to bring your own linens. This is a wonderful summer house that is large enough to accompany a big family or perhaps two families. If you are a respectful group that will treat our house with respect and leave it as you found it, we would love to have you come enjoy it.
