Villa Calipso (iun. Gov. It / 2567) is located in Ogliastra, Sardinia. It is located in a residence 2 steps from the sea. The landscape is characterized by a surreal calm and by the typical smells of the Mediterranean scrub and an uncontaminated territory. Foxi Murdegu beach, with fine white sand and shallow waters, is suitable for families with small children. In the surroundings you can find restaurants and pizzerias, a rotisserie-butchery just a stone's throw from home.
Villa Calipso is spread over 65 square meters and a large garden with lawn on three sides, with sea view from the large patio, furnished for outdoor dining. It is built in Sardinian style, with handmade tiles and exposed woods. The villa is completely new, furnished with taste and elegance, without giving up the functionality of all the spaces, ideal for spending a wonderful holiday. It has two spacious bedrooms, with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, living room with sofa and modern and equipped kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning, wifi and TV.
In addition to the apartment and the large private garden, guests will also have access to the service area with barbeque and outdoor shower.
Guest access: all areas of the house, patio, garden and external service area.

Very quiet and relaxed holiday

We had a very relaxed two weeks in Tertenia. Location (and the whole Tertenia region) is perfect for families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation. The way to the beach is a bit longer as described, but it is close to the village and the car can stay in the village. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace every day!

Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Meer mit sehr schönem, nicht überlaufenen Sandstrand und flach abfallendem Meer, kurz. Das Strandrestaurant ist top. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts, lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist modern eingerichtet, mit tollem Garten und schöner überdachter Terrasse. Ohne Auto ist man hier allerdings aufgeschmissen. Dafür gibt es ganz viel Ruhe, Erholung und Natur. Mückenabwehr ist Pflicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in kurzer Entfernung. Wir fanden es sehr schön hier und kommen gerne wieder. Die Konmunikation mit Eliana war top.

Ruhige Lage, viel Platz und zweckmässig eingerichtet

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Juli an der Marina di Tertenia verbracht. Wer ruhige Ferien, deutlich abseits vom grossen Tourismustrubel, verbringen möchte mit vielen grandiosen Stränden sowohl in der näheren (in Gehdistanz) als auch weiteren (bis zu 40 Autominuten) Umgebung ist hier absolut richtig. Am Ferienhaus gibt es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight ist der grosse Garten mit Gartendusche und Grill-Cheminée.

Meine Partnerin und ich haben in der Zeit vom 03.10.-09.10. unseren Sardinienurlaub in dieser schönen Villa verbringen dürfen. Super eingerichtet, alles für den täglichen Gebrauch war vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Begrüßungskorb mit sardischen Leckereien bei unserer Ankunft. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter welche bei Fragen (Ausflüge, Restaurants usw.) jederzeit erreichbar waren. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sehr organisiert, alles sehr sauber und eine Mappe gibt gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Der fußläufig gute 5 Minuten entfernte Strand war auch im August nicht überlaufen. Toll war auch das wir zum Check-in einen kleinen Begrüßungskorb mit sardischen Spezialitäten bekommen haben. Wer die etwas weniger touristisch erschlossene Seite Sardiniens erleben möchte ist hier richtig. Gerne wieder!
