Tony's Place - 2 Bed, 2 Bath (Pull-out Sofa)

This 1200 square foot casita features two bedrooms, two full bathroom, with a nice kitchen with dinning for six, plus a separate eating area for two. Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, original viga beam ceilings, decorated with Santa Fe style furnishing. The master bedroom is located off the den, with a king size bed, separated by French doors, sitting area, with a bathroom that includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower. Skylights, ceiling fans, central air and radiant heat, TV, Washer/Dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. The den also has a pull out sofa convenient for the children! Private patio located in back of the casita! Complimentary parking just in front of your place! You can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new rail yard.

Tony's place is a well equipped, clean casita in a great location for exploring Santa Fe. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was as advertised on VRBO. Once there, we rarely needed to use our car. The plaza is just a few minutes walk away, as are many excellent restaurants. Great stay!

Very charming place, decorated with warm local furnishings. It was really close to the main square and lots of little restaurants. We enjoyed the little front and back patios. It was just perfect!

Perfect spot!

This property was in a great location and was easily within walking distance of some great restaurants and the main plaza. The property was very cute and comfortable and perfect for a weekend get away. We would definitely come back!

Great location to plaza!

Our stay was lovely. A few minor issues but they were always addressed super fast so no worries there. Walkable to plaza and some great restaurants too - Dolina's and Las Pasquals are a must. If we come back to Santa Fe we would definitely considered staying here again!

Lovely place to stay

The Casa was very nice and walking distance to the square. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning coffee. Mary Ann was a great host and allowed us to check in early by several hours. When I venture back to Santa Fe you can bet I will be contacting her again for our stay!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased 10 properties, just off the plaza. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them! Tony & Sherrie own two properties right next door to our rentals!! They have entrusted us to watch over and rent their beautiful properties. Sherrie has exquisite taste and has decorated this place to the "T". Most of the furniture and decorations have been purchased in and around Santa Fe. It is such a pleasure to have such a beautiful property in our portfolio and I'm excited to show it to you!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own! Two bedrooms and two full baths, AND a Jacuzzi tub, this property is perfect for family and friends! Private outdoor patio around back, perfect for your morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings!
