This Manoir, built in the 1800's is full of character with many original features, large spacious rooms but with all modern conveniences. Two large reception rooms one with a cosy log fire for winter breaks. Another with a piano for those who wish to play. Separate kitchen with all the modern appliances. The three large bedrooms all have panoramic views and ensuite facilities. Ideal for weekend breaks all year round as the property has full central heating.

We have 2 cots and babies are welcome free of charge.
You are welcome to explore the vast garden or stroll in the woodland adjacent to the property.
Bergerac centre is 5 minutes away with its unique shops in the old town, many restaurants and wine museum.
In the summer months relax by the 12 x 6m private pool and eat al fresco under the stars.

We are a mere 15 minutes drive from Bergerac Airport, 90 minutes drive from Bordeaux and within easy reach of all the tourist attractions and places of interest in the Perigord Noir caves, grottos, Chateaux and gastronomy.
Set in the heart of the Bergerac wine region , wine tasting is a must. The famous Chateau Monbazillac is only a short drive away and offers guided tours and wine tasting.
There is horse riding nearby, hacks can be arranged with the local stables
For Golf enthusiasts Chateau Vigiers approximately 40 mins drive offers a spectacular 18 hole course plus fine dining or a delightful brasserie for a tasty lunch.
Chateau des Merles has a 9 hole course and boasts an excellent restaurant also.
