This house is for people who like peace and tranquility warm water and all-day sunshine. It sleeps eight, with two king beds, two twins a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

Comfy patio furniture surrounds the extra-spacious heated pool, that overlooks the private golf course. You’ll never want to leave the comfort of the lanai, pool toys for the kids and bar-b-que grill for cooking.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans and comes with all the appliances you need to prepare poolside meals, poolside snacks and tropical blended poolside beverages.

The house provides all the comforts and conveniences of home, like flat screen TVs, internet and a washer and dryer. The game room has a bumper pool table/card table along with a pull out sofa, and desk area for working.

You’re also just a short distance from all the amenities, grocery store, liquor store, numerous restaurants and beaches.

We have beach chairs, and cooler for your time at the beaches. We also have 3 adult size bikes and 2 child size bikes. There are plenty of beaches, Tigertail is the closest 3.3 miles away, and South Beach which 3.6 miles away and both have public parking.

This house is your own private corner of paradise.

Please note there is no room in the garage for parking a car.

Fabulous place for a quick get away

We rented this home for friends to stay while we were getting married on the Island. This was the perfect size for our guests with a lovely view, friendly neighbors and a fabulous pool! The home itself is beautiful inside and out and is in a fantastic location!

Fabulous family get-away

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Marco Island property. The home is a little older but provides plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The golf course view creates a more peaceful setting and the owners include many thoughtful details, such as extra beach towels, a pool table, and many family fun games. We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl's property on Marco Island! Cheryl kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. House is conveniently located on the island and less than a 10 minutes drive anywhere. Screened in pool area on a private cul-de-sac road was quiet and relaxing. THE PERFECT HOUSE

We had such a great time on our annual family vacation! The house was beautiful and spacious, giving everyone their privacy. Having the bikes to ride was an added plus! Cheryl, our host, could not be more gracious and accommodating. She answered any questions we had almost immediately. Location was perfect, too, being close to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. If you choose this place, you won't be disappointed!

This house is beautiful, in a well maintained neighborhood. We enjoyed the use of the pool almost every night. Our host Cheryl, was pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the gameroom but I did set up a work station at the bay window. It was very pleasant area to complete some work. Thank you, Cheryl for a pleasant experience!

Great house - pool is the highlight for sure

Our family with three little kids really enjoyed the house’s pool each day. And the proximity to the beach was great too; just a short drive to both beaches. House was as advertised in description and pictures. Only issue was that the bathtub would not hold water. The owner was prompt in response and offered for us to buy a part to fix it (she would reumburse) but we just opted to use a washcloth to keep it mostly plugged. Overall this house was just what we needed for our family.

Quiet and comfortable

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall was a good rental. Pool/outdoor area was large and perfect for relaxing in the sun. We live on the Atlantic beach so we were ok with not being walking distance to the beaches. The second king bed is upstairs and you have to walk up a spiral staircase. We opted to stay up there and gave my in laws the master because they would have had trouble with the staircase. Master shower was Definately nicer than the guest shower, but again did’t bother us.

"Could not have been any more delightful"

The location is great ! This was a get away for my wife and I and it was great for that. The swimming pool was great ! Very clean and maintained.The Master Bedroom was very well laid out. We will definitely use this rental in the future. Kitchen was nice. Everything you could need for a great vacation. Tips: Toilet paper , Paper towels, bring your own coffee for the coffee maker just FYI. There are 2 grocery stores in town: Winn Dixie and Publix.

Just as advertised!

We had a little trouble getting in when we arrived (housekeeping left the key in the house instead of the lockbox) but the neighbor next door was amazing and helped us out. Pool and kitchen were our favorite hangouts. We are early risers so the golf course maintenance noise wasn’t a problem. The housekeeping staff walked in the house a day earlier than our checkout date but we would definitely rent this place again.

The house was very nice and clean, but I feel like the best part was how accommodating everything was. There was all kinds of things provided that was needed for the beach. We didn't really have to buy anything for the beach other then food and drinks. They also provided lots of other activities that we didn't even have enough time to use for our 4 night stay.

Wedding weekend

We were here for a wedding and this house was perfect for our family. Spacious and updated, the house offered us to be together but also have our own space. It was also neat and extremely clean. The pool and lanai are large and the view is serene. The location is close to shopping and 2 beaches. We used the beach accessories but did not get to the bikes. Our host Cheryl was very attentive and very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was super helpful, and answered all of my questions. The house is very large, with 3 separate sleeping areas. Tons of seating. The patio is beautiful, and the inground pool was clean and warm. Definitely one of my best rental experiences ❤

PROS Nice house with a nice view of the golf course, with a very comfortable recliner. That’s about it! CONS All the beds were very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the living room sofa all 7 nights and my son tried all the beds and finally decided to sleep on the recliner, the only place he could fall sleep. Bathrooms/showers The shower in the guest bathroom is very slippery, the floor sinks in whenever you step on it. In the master shower, you have to take a quick shower or the water overflows, floods to your ankles. The air conditioning does not cool the entirety of the house and If you’re sitting in the TV room it makes a loud noise every time it turns on/off. The pool heater does not work, it only worked for a couple hours on the first day. Cleanliness, 7 out of 10. Also, if its not the house on the right, or the house on the left, it’s the country club. There’s always someone cutting the grass or making noise. Every morning at 6 am sharp you can hear the golf carts pass by your window. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax with your family maybe this place is not for you!!!

The location was great, golf course behind the house which provided nice scenery and quiet. No one could have predicted that the coolest weather of the season would occur while we were there, so we had to spend more time indoors than we wanted.

Why they chose this property

We love Marco Island, my parents lived in Naples, but we kept finding ourselves on Marco. The beaches are great, you can't beat the restaurants, and everything is within just a few miles.

What makes this property unique

We absolutely love sitting on the lanai, it is so nice and peaceful, Plenty of restaurants that have great happy hours just minutes away.
