Medieval rustic with garden and wonderful sea view
Medieval rustic (ca. 800 D. C.) with ca. 1000 m2 garden, wonderful sea view. The house is located in the historic center of Portovenere, just below the church of San Lorenzo (bell tower still in use today) and at the foot of the Castle and has an area of about 110 square meters. To access the house you have to climb the steep staircase of the village (120 steps), for this reason it is not a place suitable for the disabled, the elderly and those who have difficulty walking.
Stunning views, lovely private gardens and terraces, charming house.
Wonderful vantage point from which to explore Portovenere and Cinque Terre.
House well equipped for travellers.
Amazing view over the city and the ocean. Very private and with its own spacious garden. You have to be a bit fit as there are a lot of stairs to climb. Better pack light, also as parking is an issue.
Casa tipicamente antica Liguria, ardesie a marmi ovunque, tenuta molto bene. Letto molto comodo, camere volendo sempre ventilate. Bello davvero
