About this property

Villa Sol with fenced and gated swimming pool so ideal for families with children

This is a spacious 3 bedroom villa located within a 5 minute drive of Olhos de Agua and Albufeira.



Please note, we don't accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 24 years.



Traditional in style, the villa offers two large and comfortable living areas, a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a pool table.



The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.



The second bedroom has double bed and the third bedroom has twin single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath/shower over and then there is an additional shower room.



Externally the villa boasts a BBQ, private garden with shrubs and small lawn area and a gorgeous swimming pool (salt water) which is gated and fenced making it ideal for families with children.



There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and wi-fi.



The villa is secure and walled and has entrance gates and off-street parking for cars.

A car would be recommended when staying at this villa.



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



The villa is located 4 km from the sandy beach "Olhos de Agua", 4 km from the golf course "Pine Cliffs", 4 km from the supermarket "Intermarche, Olhos de Agua", 6 km from the train station "Ferreiras, Albufeira" , 7 km from town "Albufeira Old Town", 13 km from "Zoomarine" amusement park, 17 km from "Aquashow" water park, 40 km from Faro Airport. There is a small local supermarket around 700 mts away.

Il y a un arroseur automatique dans l’entrée mal réglé qui arrose que la fenêtre et met de l’eau partout à l’intérieur de la villa derrière de le canapé.

We stayed at Villa Sol for the third time! We feel at home here. The beds are good, nice kitchen, great BBQ area, good A/C and good WIFI for our "workation" (work+vacation). The sunbeds need to be replaced! They are old/broken due to the sun. Not comfortable to use! Maintenance is necessary.

heerlijke verbijf. jammer dat de electriciteit af en toe uitviel, support door Helen was prima.

Prettige villa, ruim en heel comfortabel ingericht. Leuke pooltafel. de schoonmaakservice is perfect en de ondersteuning door Helen en Pedro meer dan uitstekend. Alleen de elektriciteit is tijdens ons verblijf meerdere keren uitgevallen en dan wordt het toch wel koud eind november. Maar er werd snel geacteerd om dit op te lossen en beloofd is dat er een verbetering komt in de toekomst.

Property is excellent, v well furnished and all the necessities you could need

The villa is really lovely, as roomy as the pictures imply and nicely furnished. The kitchen is v well equipped with all you could need. Outdoor facilities are just as good, lovely pool (although a bit chilly!) plenty of sun loungers, seating areas, bbq, garden with basketball hoop and enough space to run around for the kids. A car is needed to get around as there aren’t any amenities within walking distance. There is the riding centre literally a few minutes walk away which you can venture down too and feed the horses. Albufeira centre is about 10/15mins away and Vilamoura marina which is lovely is also 15mins away in the other direction. The beach there is lovely, much nicer for families and children. Pedro and Helen the villa managers are extremely helpful and friendly and you get the impression nothing would be too much. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa!

Great Villa & much bigger than it looks in the photos

We stayed from 29th August for 1 week and had a great time, all of the small issues we had prior to our stay were banished. For the first time while hiring a Villa we decided not to hire a car and to utilise the mini-bus that was available, this I would recommend as Carlos the driver made our holiday that much easier with all of his driving. Also a special thanks to Helen for all of her advice. Could not recommend both the Villa and the holiday company Dumas enough!!!
