Spacious stylish and cosy end of row town house with (heated) private pool in Porches(4km to Ocean + centrally located between Portimão and Albufeira), quietly positioned in closed residential area(no traffic) and with private side access to south facing outside terrace. Owners created a warm atmosphere, you´ll feel at home straight away!! Downstairs lay out: A/C'ed living room with large comfort sofa and flat screen offering free to air Astra satellite channels, A/C' ed dining room with full glass doors to terrace + WIFI + LAN internet facilities, adjoining you will find a fully fitted kitchen, a shower bathroom is finishing ground floor lay out.
Upstairs: 2 A/C´ed bedrooms(one with 1.80m super king size box spring bed, the other with 1.60m king size box spring bed!!), 1 bathroom + 2 balconies. Outside; in front of dining room lovely enclosed terrace area(again; full privacy!) with stylish outside furniture, big parasol and a 2.5 x 3.5m private pool(with width length seating facility!) including pool lamp and in - + exterior stairs, an outside shower is also available. Own access from pool terrace to foot path alongside property, almost adjoining acres of nature land(see info below). Also another lovely terrace with garden like scenery(with amongst others lovely mature bougainville) in front of main entrance, somewhere one always can catch morning - afternoon - or evening sun. Access to roof terrace is planned for not too far future. All doors and windows have been fitted with mosquito nets.
Extra services: -Air conditioning in bedrooms (extra charge) -pool heating (extra charge).

Note: since 1 April 2024, there is a tourist tax applied to all new reservations. This tax will be charged per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a limit of 7 nights' stay.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit landestypischen Akzenten. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Es waren kurze Wege zu Supermarkt, Meer und mehreren Aktivitäten. Internet hatten wir leider meistens nicht, was wohl an Baustellenarbeiten gelegen haben muss, wie uns gesagt wurde. Es wurde einnal zwischendurch die Hand - und Duschtücher gewechselt. Pool wird nur gegen zusätzliches Entglet beheizt. Alles in allem ist der Aufenthalt aber empfehlenswert.

Hallo Mary-Ann, danke für Ihre Bewertung, es freut uns zu lesen das schöne Ferienhaus empfehlenswert ist. Wie bei ALLE andere Ferienimmobilien ist Poolheizung mit eine Zusatzgebühr verbunden, mit € 100,-- pro woche extremst überschaubar gehalten, kostpreis für den eigentümer wahrscheinlich. Sie haben uns nach 48 Stunden Aufenthalt auf Internetprobleme aufmerksam gemacht. Innerhalb eine stunde hatten Sie darauf eine Antwort und schon mal das Angebot jederzeit im Büro(250m entfernt) vorbeizukommen und (Zitat) "solange ihr wollt" unser Internet zu benützen. Am nächsten Tag nach einem halben Arbeitstag (nach dem Mittagessen um 14:15 Uhr) haben wir einen mobilen Router geliefert, den Sie ständig hätten nutzen können (da ein Vertrag mit unbegrenztem Datenvolumen abgeschlossen wurde) also ihre Aussage mit "Internet hatten wir die meiste Zeit nicht" stimmt nicht da Sie um die 75% Ihres Aufenthaltes Internet zur Verfügung hatten...da wir auch gar nichts mehr gehört hatten nach Lieferung darf es als legitim gelten das wir davon ausgegangen sind das alles zu Zufriedenheit funktioniert hat. Schade, hat uns wahrscheinlich den 5ten Stern, welch wir normalerweise erhalten, gekostet...tatsächlich lag es an den Strassen-Bauarbeiten also wir waren auch noch mal machtlos...in 10 Jahren Vermietung da hat noch nie jemand kein Internet gehabt also das war echtes Pech..mit freundlichem Gruss, Jeroen Kramer

Nettes kleines Reihenhaus mit kleinem Pool

Wir verbrachten 11 Nächte in der Unterkunft und genossen die Privatsphäre, den eigenen, sehr sauberen, kleinen Pool mit Außendusche, die guten Klimaanlagen in den Schlaf- und Wohnzimmern sowie die zwei Bäder und guten Matratzen. Das Haus ist zwar insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (v.a. die Küche und die Bäder), aber sehr gepflegt und mit neuen modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist - wie wohl in Portugal üblich - mit hohen Mauern umgeben, sodass wirklich niemand hineinsehen kann, man sich jedoch auch selbst manchmal ein wenig eingemauert vorkommt. Hin und wieder streiten sich die Nachbarshunde mit lauten Bellen, jedoch dauerte es meist nicht allzu lange. Porches ist ein kleiner Ort, von dem man aus sowohl die Strände als auch die Stadt Albufeira gut erreichen kann und in dem es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Ein Mietauto (für das es direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz gibt) ist jedoch dringend zu empfehlen. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Superbe location

Séjour agréable avec tout le confort. Seul soucis, il n'y a pas de poignée exterieure sur le porte d'entrée donc ne laisser pas la clé à l'interieure sinon il faudra faire appel à un serrurier. Coût imprévu de 170€. Mais sinon tout était parfait.

La Casa es muy acogedora y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en ella. En la cocina no falta de nada. Los dormitorios en la parte de arriba también eran confortables. La casa está situada en un pueblo muy central, donde encuentras cerca supermercado, playas y lugares que visitar.

À savoir que la piscine c'est à 100€ la semaine. Les matelas était tachés de pipi et de sang. J'ai dû tout nettoyer, du coup, l agence m'a offert 2 semaines de piscine chauffée, enfin.. L agence à voulu couper le système de chauffage deux jours avant que je parte.. (bref) Electro ménager trop petit pour 6 personnes. Sinon bon contact avec l agence qui répond rapidement aux messages.

Stated very very very clearly in our advertising that pool heating costs one hundred per week....it is clients choice to use or not this OPTIONAL service at an absolute mega fair amount, it probably costs owner money, you clearly do not have no notion what it cost to run pool heating....After three weeks where you were our guest and we didn't´hear one complaint except for this unproved statement that you found blood and chichi(on new box spring beds you forgot to mention...) and it was only reported AFTER you (in your holiday) cleaned(.....)....mmmmmm......very sorry madame but we only know this kind of client "behavior" when looking for compensation.....we hate unhappy guests and as we NEVER have them we offered you the pool being heated so an offer we gave you with NO PROVE WHATSOEVER ever being seen/smelled.....When you feel the need to critise us to wanting to switch off, ONE effective day before leaving and water temperatures around 30 degrees(which it would have stayed for at least 1 or two more days), is simply too sad...you forget to mention we DIDN´T switch it off on your wish....I did explain that will all kitchen equipment + pool heating + pool filtering + 4 A/C machines running a power cut might occur, you understood at the time of explanation and it was all ok...by the way, you booked for 5 guests, did we miss anything here you stating house is too small for six?....yes, as ALL our guests over the last 20 years you had a good, quick and efficient contact to our agency as we are there 24/7 for our holiday makers....pretty sure this is THE VERY FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS we have a 3+ review so another reason to believe it says more about you as a person as about us delivering service and quality equipped properties.....anyway, it is better not to have you as our guest again. Fantastic Stay in Porches

My family of 4 had a fantastic holiday in Porches, the house was perfect, it was very clean and also very spacious, the outdoor area is a gem, splash pool which was great after the beach, BBQ, sun loungers etc! Porches is a lovely village with a pharmacy, small supermarket, bars and a few restaurants which are very good. There is a large supermarket, waterpark (which the kids loved) and also some fantastic beaches within a 5 minute drive. We booked through Algarvacation (Jeroen and Lauren) they organised the car hire at the airport and also met us at the house and made us feel very welcome, we will definetely be using them again. We had a ball!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in einer typisch portugiesischen Siedlung, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Algarve sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der dazugehörige Pool ist sehr schön für eine kleine Abkühlung. Restaurants und Bars sowie große und kleine Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist stets hilfsbereit und hat unsere Fragen vor bzw. während des Urlaubes sofort beantwortet. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful & relaxing in the lovely town of Porches

The pictures show the property exactly as it is - clean, spacious, modern and with many wonderful outdoor spaces. The pool area is a delight and was perfect for cooling off at the end of a day at one of the nearby beaches. It was also great for eating outdoors with the BBQ. Everything was in great condition and had everything we needed (washing machine, plenty of beach towels, WIFI, coffee maker, etc.). The property feels very private and is great for a quiet and relaxing break. Carlos picked us up from the airport and was a wonderful host in Porches. The town itself is very pretty, with good options for breakfast, some outstanding restaurants, and everything one needs from a local mini supermarket and frutaria, etc. We walked to some wonderful beaches most days, and found the town and house to be a haven to come back to each evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to someone who was looking for something in The Algarve that felt more local than a large modern complex; it really feels like you're part of a small community.

Schöne Ferienhaus mit mediterranem Flair

Das Haus hat uns sofort bei Betreten gefallen! Es ist ein Reihenendhaus in einer ganz normalen portugiesischen Siedlung mit zwei Balkonen und einer Terrasse und einem kleinen Pool, der ideal für eine kleine Abkühlung ist. Die Ausstattung war gut, es war wirklich sehr sauber. Bestes Highlight: superbreite Betten, in denen man gut schlafen kann. Toll war auch, dass wir nach einer Woche eine "Fee" da hatten, die unsere Betten frisch bezogen und sauber gemacht hat. Porches liegt zentral, sodass man mit dem Mietwagen alle schönen Strände und Städe gut erreichen kann. Wir wurden vom Vermieter gut betreut und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
