While close to North & South streets, the Cathedral & Castle, it's also close the southwest edge of town, so a good location for walking into town or driving out to the many area golf courses.
My husband and son stayed here while checking out St. Andrews and it was the perfect place for them. It was clean, close to everything they wanted to see, had parking. Communication with the manager was incredibly prompt, friendly and we really appreciated the early check in time!
Came to play the Old Course, Kings Barn and Castles and found this gem of a place situated near history, charm and the top ice cream in the world! The apartment location is beyond charming, quiet, spacious and elegant. Love love love the bedding!
We recently stayed at this property for two weeks while we got our daughter settled in at St Andrews University. This immaculate flat is beautifully updated, is stocked with anything you could need and is in a very safe and quiet area. Just a 5-10 minute walk to town center it was perfect as we did not rent a car. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family who will be planning on visiting our daughter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in your beauful apartment. The decor is lovely and your attention to every detail made us feel quite at home. In fact, our friends stayed near us in another apartment complex and were jealous when they came by and saw our accommodations! We loved the location and enjoyed being in close proximity to all the wonderful restaurants nearby. If we are lucky enough to return to St andrews, we would look forward to staying here again.
The flat was roomy and in a quiet neighborhood with pretty much everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially liked the fact that there was a lift - very helpful in transporting all our luggage to the 2nd floor. There were a couple of things we didn't like as well - like the late check-in time and having other people take our assigned parking space on several days with no enforcement. But overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Our check-in time of 4.00pm is not late. It is standard across self-catering in the UK. Guests don't depart until 10.00am so a 6 hour turnaround is far from unreasonable.
To be clear your allocated space was occupied on a couple of occasions but there is ample alternative parking next to the apartment.
Darling spacious modern flat with parking & close to everything. My only comment not even a complaint is check in was a little tricky. We had trouble finding the parking space so we were not even sure we were at the right place. The parking numbers are tiny plates on the ground so if you don’t know what you are looking for are hard to find. At night it would have been impossible. As a result, there were people visiting other buildings parked in our spot a few times. This is not the renters doing, it is the building. However I might add a better description of the parking numbers to the check in info.
Beautiful, large, well equipped and finely appointed
We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lux. property as it’s very large and had a well appointed kitchen with amazing high quality appliances. Very bright with windows on all 3 sides of the unit. Wonderfully decorated and the building has an elevator which was very helpful. Easy to access the unit and helpful staff if needed. It’s also close walking distance to the heart of St. Andrews! We will definitely return!
2 bed, 2 bath with nice kitchen and living room. Laundry machines included. Just out of downtown, so it is nice and quiet, but easy 5 minute walk to market street. Great for visiting students. A little bit of a hike to the golf courses.
Many nice features. Quiet. Well equipped kitchen. 15 to 29 minute walk to town depending on where you are going. Reserved parking was nice. Expensive but a nice splurge
