Spacious and contemporary ground floor apartment within a select luxury development situated in the Old Town Area of St Andrews and only minutes walk from the town centre. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), bright open plan living area, all mod cons., private parking, outside sitting area. There is also a comfy sofa bed in the sitting room to accommodate extra guests so can sleep up to 6 . St Nicholas House was part of the high quality boarding accommodation for St Leonards School which has been part of the history of St Andrews since 1511. The Boot Room was the area where the servants cleaned the girls boots. This secluded house with its historic orchard is a stunning place to retreat. The apartment is all on one level. One of the best attributes of the Boot Room is it’s proximity to the centre of town while being set in a quiet location.
