Modern St Andrews Golf 3 Bedroom House, Large Putting Green, Private Rear Garden
Recently renovated modern end terraced 3 bedroom house with amazing golf putting green in large enclosed private garden. This outdoor space is ideal for all golf lovers, and even those who don't play golf will have fun and enjoy this sunny outdoor space.
Located in quiet, residential area of St Andrews. Ten minutes walk from East Sands Beach and Town Centre. Close to golf courses and supermarkets (M&S, Aldi, Morrisons and Spar). Private garden, free on street parking close to the property. SKY WIFI / Broadband.
The space
Over two levels, the lower level of the accommodation comprises of entrance hallway, WC toilet, storage cupboard, full length mirror and unique golf ball themed coat and shoe stand. The hallway leads to a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with modern attractive furnishings. The lounge area has a 50" Smart TV with 6 comfortable relaxing seats which are positioned around an amazing golf ball feature coffee table, the table is a bespoke piece of furniture containing rare golf balls from all over the world. The dining area is spacious with a large dining table comfortably seating six people. There is a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. French doors lead directly to the decking area with seating. The private garden area has a perimeter fence for excellent privacy, complete with a new rattan garden furniture seating lounging area.
If you need to do some work on a computer during your stay, we can provide a high quality monitor, laptop stand, wireless keyboard and mouse. Perfect for guests who need to set up a computer workstation during their stay.
The upper level of the accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity mirror and bedside tables. The largest of the bedrooms is a twin room with 2 3ft single beds, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and bedside tables. The smallest of the rooms is a bunk bed room containing 2 full size 3ft single mattresses, 42" TV, wardrobe and drawers below bed. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail, sink, toilet, vanity mirror cabinet and a corner glass cubicle with powerful shower.
The property comfortably sleeps 6 people in the 3 bedrooms. Please note: we only accept a maximum of 4 adults.
Guests have access to the entire house via front and rear door entrances. Guests have sole use of the private rear garden. Free off-road parking is available in the street outside of the property.
Located within the fenced off rear garden area there is a small brick built storage building. This secure building is fitted with a multi point locking system, it has white painted walls, astroturf flooring, extraction fan, and a shelf. It's an ideal space for anyone who is travelling with items you need to store during your stay. It's a perfect space for golf travel cases, golf trolleys, golf clubs, prams, pushchairs, bicycles, etc.
