Beautiful 60m2 apartment recently renovated in the heart of San Gimignano.The apartment has a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer.Full kitchen equipped with hob, sink, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka, Nespresso coffee machine.Comfortable living room with sofa and TV where you can enjoy Netflix for free.Free wi fi air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans in the living room and kitchen.The apartment is on two levels with a private entrance on the ground floor.We have self check in so you can arrive when it's most convenient for you. However, we are always available for any information and advice.The closest car parks are the paid municipal car parks P3 and P4. Free parking is available just a few minutes away.



Important: the tourist tax 1.50 per person per night from 12 years onwards for a maximum of 5 nights applies from 1 March to 31 October and must be paid in cash on site. The apartment is on two levels with a private entrance on the ground floor.

Great location. Host was very communicative. We did not have a vineyard experience. If planning a taxi from Poggibonsi, book ahead of arrival as listed taxis were unavailable. Pictures make the space feel larger than it is.

Lovely place in a charming town.

What an unbelievable area in Toscana. I cannot recommend his listing or the town to enough people. We fell in love with San Gimignano. Great food, walkable city, and a winery tour no more than 10min away.

Great place in a great area

We only had one night but if we could stay longer, we would. Elena is a great host and the place is clean and well kept. Location is the best and we will be back. Traveling with two is perfect, 3 or 4 is good. Queen bed and two twins in the other BR. A welcome bottle of wine and water is a nice touch as well. This little city needs more attention in my future and this place is perfect the second time around.

Quaint Accommodations

The apartment was nice - just what we needed/wanted and we enjoyed our stay immensely in the lovely town of San Gimignano. Just a couple of minor issues: 1) The key lock box was extremely difficult to open - made more frustrating because of our arrival on a rainy evening, but the host was quick to respond to our call - we just had difficulty opening the box and getting in. 2) There is no "dryer" as advertised - it's actually a washing machine - with no instructions on how to use it. 3) We also had to call to learn how to turn on the heat and the gas to the stove. What has become evident in European rentals is limited information on important appliances or apartment details. MOST VRBO's in the states have extensive books with plenty of information on everything you could possibly need. These really are just minor issues and hopefully the host will rectify and lessen future issues.
