This 2-storey property, situated in a quiet street, comprises:



- Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower and a large living-dining room that leads to the extraordinary outdoors. There is a covered area for enjoying meals outside, with a barbecue, sink, table and benches. There's a pool area with sun loungers for sunbathing.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which is en suite with a corner shower. There is a further family bathroom with a bath. The en suite bedroom has a generous south-facing balcony and the other bedrooms share a west-facing balcony.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.



Equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.



The villa is located about 800 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

fantastic getaway

a fantastic villa in a lovely area close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful.The the pictures dont do the garden area justice, its huge the barbeque and outdoor dining table were put to good use while we were there ideal for lazing and grazing.We have stayed at many villas over the years but never had one as well equipped as this.A great place to stay and we are arranging to return next year thank you Antonio

Os colchões são duros, e o pequeno passo quando você chega à borda da piscina é desconfortável e ocasionalmente doloroso para os primeiros dias. Aí você se acostuma.

Nettes Haus perfekt für Familien

Wir besuchten Manta Rota mit zwei Familien und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und wenn etwas gefehlt hat wurde es direkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Poolbereich perfekt zum Zeit verbringen. Der Strand ist fußläufig nach 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Casa muito bem equipada, com óptimos electrodomésticos. Bons colchões/camas. Óptima área exterior, com piscina grande e boa zona de refeição, com sombra durante o dia e iluminação durante a noite. Falta uma máquina de café expresso, para completar os restantes electrodomésticos. As almofadas das cadeiras do exterior estão a precisar de ser trocadas.

A casa apesar de ter alguns anos, tem todas as condições necessárias para passar umas boas férias. Para quem queira cozinhar em casa, na cozinha está toda equipada. Aspecto menos bom, é o facto de não haver Wi-Fi.

Casa com condições fantásticas para umas férias relaxadas. Perfeita para férias em família 3 quartos amplos. Excelentes condições, limpeza, prática, com todos os equipamentos necessários para cozinhar e mais utensílios, grelhadores, churrasqueira, no exterior a casa tem três espaços privados para usufruir, dois deles cobertos, excelente orientação solar que permite usufruir de sol na piscina das 10:00 às 19:00, perto de tudo inclusive pode-se ir para a praia a pé fica a 8min. Exterior com Espreguiçadeiras, matraquilhos, espaço amplo, grande mesa de refeição e bancos corridos. Interior com muita luz natural, airosa, simples, prática. Uma experiência a repetir sem dúvida. Alojamento permite animais Pet Friendly. Serviço, atendimento, cuidado e disponibilidade Fantástica da equipa da Algarvemanta em especial da Sarah. O meu muito obrigada! Rever a tomada no exterior que não funciona, disponibilizar uma máquina de café expresso.
