Falsely advertised

Would not recommend. The apartment did not have WiFi, and even worse I had to sleep on the couch because there is a load noise that comes from the ceiling between the bathroom and bedroom. Checked out early, host has refused thus far to provide a refund even though his own property manager acknowledged the sound issue and lack of WiFi.

Our appartment is in a building in the center of Rome, it contains a number of units renovated and very modern all served by central air con, silent and very efficient. We had in the past two years a permanent tenant and never complained about noise, in fact only recently we reopened to short stay tourists. The day of your arrival there was a internet temporary failure due to provider technical problem and we solved by leaving in the appartment our personal phone with a hotspot on to guarantee service, that was restored in fact the following day. Therefore we confirm there was wifi, the air con system is working normally and noiseless and we have other normal guests happily staying with us. We reject your note that our housekeeper agreed on your complains.
