Sehr nett und sauber

Sehr nette Vermieter. Wohnung sehr sauber. Wussten allerdings nicht, dass der Keller keine Türe hat (Art Maisonette im Keller). Und das Elterschlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, sodass man die Türe offen lasse muss.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est parfaite et très bien située. Andrea est très agréable et prépare tout pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. De la documentation, des conseils et même un GPS sont mis à notre disposition pour découvrir au mieux la région. Nous y retournerons volontiers et le recommandons vivement.

Ottimo tutto!

Siamo stati un questa struttura ad agosto 2016 per due settimane e al nostro arrivo non solo abbiamo trovato quello che ci aspettavamo ma anche di più. Casa dotata di ogni comfort, fresca, con uno spazio esterno veramente piacevole che i nostri bambini hanno particolarmente gradito e in una zona di assoluta quiete. Comoda per andare a visitare qualunque destinazione ma senza essere al centro del turismo di massa. Andrea e Chiara sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili fornendoci per tutta la durata del soggiorno preziosi consigli e continua assistenza. Graditissimi anche i cadeau di benvenuto! Fantastica esperienza che speriamo di replicare! Grazie Gemma & family

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Castelnuovo Magra!Nous avons trouvé une maison très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire, et très bien située.!Le GPS fournit avec le petit guide touristique "maison" est une super idée et est très utile pour bien découvrir la région! L'accueil d'Andrea est merveilleux, et il est toujours là, lui ou un membre de sa famille, pour toute question ou info complémentaire!Merci pour tout Andrea!C'était un plaisir de te rencontrer!

Ottimo soggiorno in liguria

Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima vacanza in questa casa di Andrea e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa tenuta benissimo e pulitissima. È comoda come base di partenza per vedere posti favolosi come 5 terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Lucca, Pisa e Versilia. Si trova a pochi km da Sarzana. Offre anche uno spazio ampio esterno per eventualmente mangiare e far giocare i bambini. I posti letti sono 8/9. Il proprietario gentilissimo per le indicazioni che possono servire e ci ha offerto pure un pranzo a Lerici dove tra l'altro abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Grazie Andrea e alla eventuale prossima.

Superbe séjour

Excellent séjour à tout niveau. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable et joliement décorée. M. PAMPANA le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et nous avons pu profiter d'un GPS et d'un guide en français réalisé par ses soins pour nous guider durant notre séjour. La région est très sympa à visiter meme en Octobre ! Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour , grâce à cette maison hyper confortable , toute équipée, décoré avec goût, situé au calme et surtout climatisée . Vous trouverez plusieurs commerces ( supermarchés , restaurants , etc. ... Position stratégique pour visiter les Cinque Terre, Lerici , Pise , La spezia , et même jusqu'à Gênes , et une multitude de superbes plages ( Baia Blu , Venere Azzura ,etc. ) Propriétaire très gentil , soigneux , respectueux , à qui on peut faire confiance par ces temps qui courent , très bonne communication , et qui fait tout pour que voyage se passe à merveille . Week-end lungo al mare.

Ottimo appartamento in villa con 5 comodi posti letto. Situato in posizione strategica, infatti si possono raggiungere comodamente le spiagge di Fiascherino, Lerici, Marina di Massa, Marina di Carrara e in 25/30 minuti la bellissima Forte dei Marmi. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio spazio esterno dotato di tavolo, seggiole ed ombrellone ed un comodo posto auto. Non ultimo, la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario è stata cosa assai gradita.

eravamo un pó dubbiosi sulla posizione della casa...ma essendo già stati affittuari del sig.Pampana ci siamo fidati,la casa é a due passi da Lerici ma nello stesso tempo 10 min m Hai Marina di Massa e tu la Versilia comoda per chi non ama il caos!

Schöner Urlaub verbracht

Die Ferienwohnung liegt unweit von Sarzana zwischen Castelnuovo Magra und dem Meer. Sie bietet sich als gute Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflüge an. Chiara und Andrea sind sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber - vielen Dank! Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist voll in Ordnung. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Sitzgelegenheit mit TV dahinter eine Küchenecke. Links davon ein Bad (ohne Tageslicht) und das Schlafzimmer. Drei weitere Betten befinden sich im Keller (nicht unbedingt gemütlich). Leichte Kritik gibt es an der Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Wir wurden jeden Morgen ab ca. 7:00 Uhr von der Nachbarin geweckt. Im Urlaub hätte ich manchmal gerne länger geschlafen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man dafür gemütlich im eigenen Hof frühstücken. Das entschädigt ein wenig. An der Hauptstraße Via Aurelia befinden sich Bäcker, Mini-Supermarkt, Apotheke und wenige Kneipen. Es gibt auch Winzer im Ort, wo man günstig Wein kaufen kann (Rotwein ca. 2 EUR/l). Für die Grundversorgung benötigt man nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhätlnis ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Ich würde dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Casa stupenda dotata di qualsiasi comfort, ideale per famiglie o compagnie.6 posti letto,tv,dvd,aria condizionata e stupenda organizzazione dei proprietari.in dotazione,navigatore satellitare con mappe pre caricate con i luoghi più belli da visitare.Omaggio di benvenuto e padroni di casa sempre disponibili.Consiglio caldamente una vacanza,spiaggia a pochi minuti (circa 7)e mare stupendo!!!torneremo appena possibile!!!Grazie Andrea!!!

Entspannung und Kultur!

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und liegt in ruhiger Lage. Man kann sowohl die Strände, als auch die umliegenden Städte in kurzer zeit erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind ständig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable, le logement est très propre et bien fonctionnel... Bien situé pour visiter aussi bien la Toscane que la Ligurie (situé à env 10mn des plages et très proche de la montagne) Tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour, documentation sur les sites à visiter dans le coin... L'accueil est très chaleureux...

"Très bonne location, avec tout le confort possible. Très bien placée pour visiter la région. Propriétaire adorable qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable avec une excellente documentation sur tout ce qu''il y à voir dans la région. Très bons conseils également sur les restos (Pinseria Gabarda! entre autres). Bref merci pour ce super séjour dans cette très belle région!"

Ottima soluzione per soggiorno di mare e cultura

L'appartamento è corrispondente alla descrizione , molto pulito e accessoriato.Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla , dalla quale sono facilmente raggiungibili sia le località di mare sia quelle di interesse culturale. I proprietari sono una coppia giovane molto gentile e disponibile a fornirvi qualsiasi indicazione e consiglio .Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente buono. Noi e i nostri 2 cagnolini ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente abbiamo intenzione di ritornarvi , se ai proprietari farà piacere.
