Sleeps 8 very comfortably. 1-King Bed; 1-Double size Bed; 2-twins, 1 fold out couch. 2nd level deck, Jacuzzi, sauna, Large Dining Table, Outside Shower, BBQ, TV, Cable, INET, Private Back Yard and much more! Watch Surfers, Dolphins, & Whales from the huge deck. Feel free to use the surfboards, boogie boards, Kayak, & beach cruiser bikes. Walk 1 block to Poseidon and Jakes Restaurants and just up the street to the village. This is the house for your dream vacation.

Great stay. Location was pretty much perfect. House was clean and stocked with lots of beach stuff for the kids. Had a great time.

Stay was good. Location is great. Pretty much walkable to anywhere you want. Unfortunately, the house is across the street and very close to a house under construction. Hammers swinging just after 7am was a nuisance for those wanting some vacation sleep-in. While we realize the host is not at fault for this, a heads-up would have been nice. Had we known, we’d probably would’ve found an alternative. Oh, forgot to mention I picked up a nail in the sidewall tire of the rental van, which cost me 250 to settle. Not saying it was from the job site, but certainly would be a reasonable guess. I would rent this house again, but would make certain the new neighbors are in first.

We stayed five nights at this property. It’s super well located with all the amenities and beyond that you can imagine for a wonderful family beach vacation. Property was clean. The beds were very comfortable and management was great in communicating with us. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this Del Mar Beach House.

This property provides an amazing blend of beach access and private courtyard. It exposes you the the excitement of a beach town with plenty of private quite space with lots of parking. It doesn't get any better.

What makes this property unique

You are right on the beautiful and famous beach, village, County Fair, Horse race track while having an extremely private patio/yard with a jacuzzi and sauna allows you to be right in the mix or in seclusion, with the ability to transition to and from with a simple threshold of a gate.
