Alameda Grand Luxury invites you to discover Seville while staying in an authentic Sevillian house, recently renovated and located in the heart of the historic center, in the vibrant area of Alameda de Hércules—one of the neighborhoods with the most local and alternative atmosphere in the city.

The building has only three tourist apartments, one per floor, ensuring a शांत and pleasant environment for guests. Our team manages the apartments located on the second and third floors, designed to combine traditional Sevillian architecture with comfortable and functional interiors.

this Apartment, the nº2, is on the second floor, has two bedrooms and a unique layout. The living room is spacious and bright, with two floor-to-ceiling windows with railings facing the street, a double sofa bed, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen.

The main bedroom, interior and quiet, has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a separate bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom is independent and not located inside the apartment. To access it, you must leave the apartment and go up a short flight of stairs to the 3rd floor (no elevator). It is a private room with access via a security code, a double bed (135x190 cm), and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

⚠️ Important: one of the bedrooms is located outside the main apartment within the same building, so it is not recommended for small children. If traveling with children, it is advised that they sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartments are equipped with centralized air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchens include a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

On the top floor, there is a shared terrace with a small plunge pool, outdoor shower, and a viewpoint with views of the Giralda, Las Setas, Torre Pelli, and Expo 92.

An excellent choice to enjoy Seville from a charming building in a prime location.
