La Chiocciola is the largest apartment in Casale Adriana. It is composed of a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. the dining room overlooks a large pergola covered with wisteria. A space furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs. The apartment is fresh and airy, ideal for large families.

Casale Adriana is surrounded by a large garden. A green oasis a few kilometers from the Gulf of Baratti and the Terme di Venturina. It is an old farmhouse that we have transformed into a small holiday home. Barbecue, free wi fi, parking inside the garden. An ideal holiday between sea, spa and nature.

Toskanisches Bauernhaus mit wunderschönem Garten

Die Ferienwohnung hat toskanischen Flair und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Olivenhain, Granatapfelbäumen, Feigenbaum etc. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge an den Strand und verschiedene Städte, allerdings muss man Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche mit dem Auto machen,da es relativ einsam liegt. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig,was den Erholungswert steigert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einfach,aber als Pluspunkt mit Geschirrspüler. Claudio war sehr nett und hat uns Ausflugtips gegeben und uns geholfen,wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Einfach ausgestattete Unterkunft. Weniger geeignet fur Aufenthalte bei der man auf die Räumlichkeiten angewiesen ist. Keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Garten und Terasseist wirklich schön.

Die Wohnung ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, da es im Bauernhaus eine Waschküche gibt. Danke

Quelques inconvénients : peu d'eau chaude, WiFi limitée mais la maison, rustique, préserve parfaitement la fraîcheur, le jardin est magnifique, un eden, et Claudio, le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse que l'on ne rencontre plus que rarement. Un très agréable séjour.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, es hat alles was es braucht und das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten mit einem gemütlichen Sitzplatz. Mehrere schöne Strände sind innerhalb von 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Il nostro primo mare 2020

Il piacere di rilassarsi in un vero rustico, ci aspettava a ogni ritorno dalla spiaggia: il curatissimo, grande bel giardino ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Tranquillità, silenzio e riposo tra le fresche e accoglienti mura della casa, con stanze ampie, arredate in modo funzionale e caratteristico. Siamo stati proprio bene grazie anche al simpatico proprietario sempre attento e disponibile.
