Casa de la Belvedere is built in classic style. It has five bedrooms and wonderful sea views. This villa is located near the beach and resort centre, so is highly recommended for those who don´t want to depend on a car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from which the villa is accessed, there is a small bathroom, large lounge and the fully- equipped kitchen.



The terrace offers magnificent views of Son Bou beach. Descending the stairs to the lower floor, there are five bedrooms, one double, three twins and a single) and two full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms lead out onto the terrace and spacious pool area, where there is also a built-in barbecue and benches.

Mal Estado de la Propiedad y Muy Insegura : nos robaron

un desastre de propiedad, los voy a publicar en todas las redes sociales, todo roto, sucio, mal conservado. Lo ùnico que valiò la pena fue la vista, el resto horrible. Nada coincide con la foto. Ventanas y puertas que no cierran, la propiedad sucia. Colchones en mal estado. Ventiladores que no funcionan. La peor propiedad que alquilamos en nuestra vida.

Dear Belen, We have carefully reviewed your comments and concerns. It's important to note that we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and take all feedback seriously. However, we would like to address a few points for clarity. During your stay at the villa, we did not receive any communication from you regarding the issues you've mentioned in your review. Our team is always ready to assist and resolve any concerns that guests may have while they are on-site. It is our goal to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible, and we encourage guests to reach out to us promptly so that we can address any issues in real-time. We believe that you have left this review because you wanted us to pay €2000 to you regarding the alleged theft of €2000 from yourselves whilst you were at the Villa. However, you made no mention of this to our team until you had already left the Villa. it's important to follow proper procedures in such situations, including contacting the local authorities and providing a police report. We were not informed of this incident during your stay, which limited our ability to assist you appropriately. We offered to liaise with the local villa manager to see if they could still file a police report for you, but we never heard back from you. We also advised that you would be able to go through your travel insurance. While we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced, we encourage all guests to communicate their concerns in a timely manner.
