I love this apartment! In front of the splendid and effervescent beach of Riccione, it consists of two bedrooms: the first with a standard double, the second with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a large rain shower, the kitchen is equipped and the spacious sitting room invites to relax and have a conversation. Last, but not least, the habitable balcony overlooking the sea!

An amazing place to stay

Bettina was very helpful explaining the bus service to us. We visited Rimini, bologna, San Marino and Riccione plus we had a wonderful beach day

Lovely apartment near awesome beaches

Bettina has a great apartment near some awesome beach areas! Touring Rimini was very easy with the nearby Metromare system.The only small downside was the bit of a trek for groceries as the local store was closed.

Enjoyed a great 3 days on the beach at Riccione. Our host Bettina was there to great us and was responsive to all our needs and answered all our questions. The apartment was as advertised, clean and beautifully appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay. There were many restaurants near and it was a perfect base for Rimini and San Marino.

Es lief alles alles reibungslos :) Dort hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles was man üblicherweise benötigt. Außerdem sind Orte wie San Marino sehr gut zu erreichen. Bei Rückfragen, war Bettina sehr gut zu erreichen :)

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Alles war super, Wohnung und Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht von der Küche bis zum Strandstuhl. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gab es für uns, und das war die Lautstärke vom Haus (Mehrfamilienhaus) und die Straße ist stark befahren, tags wie nachts, und für uns zu laut. Trotzdem ist diese Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen.

Danke Maja für deine Bewertung. Ich freue mich, dass alles war super, Wohnung und Lage und Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben! Es tut mir leid, dass Sie die Straße laut fanden. Riccione ist im Sommer am Meer eine lebhafte Gegend, aber ich versichere Ihnen, dass Sie keinen Lärm hören würden, wenn Sie die Fenster auf der Straße geschlossen halten! Tatsächlich wurde die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert und die Fensterrahmen sind ebenfalls neue und die Schalldämmung ist größartig und im Tagbereich und im Nachtbereich befindet sich eine Klimaanlage.

Schönes Appartement direkt am Meer

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche komplett, Klimaanlage, kleiner Balkon) und nett eingerichtet. Für Familie mit 1 großem oder 2 kleinen Kindern perfekt. Das Appartement liegt direkt gegenüber dem Sandstrand mit einem freien Zugang, aber auch mit zu mietenden Sonnenschirmen. Direkt hier auch 3 Restaurants. Zu Bereichen mit mehr Bars und Strandshops usw. ist Fahrrad am besten. Riccione und Rimini sind paar km weg. Bettina ist extrem hilfsbereit, z.B. stellte sie uns sofort ein drittes Fahrrad hin und ließ einen Platten flicken. Vielen Dank an Bettina für alles. Also uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen außer man will direkt in Umgebung mit vielen Bars und Shops.
