This fantastical provencal villa is coming to the market again, it was completely renovated in 2024 including an extension of the house. Spacious garden with overflow swimming pool, views over Nice and Cap D'Antibes. Sonos system in- and outdoors. Very private location.
Close to beaches, mountain towns, golf courses as well as close centrally located with driving distances to Monaco, Nice and Cannes.
Cinema room and playroom with pooltable, ping pong and fuss ball.
5 bedrooms and 5 toilets/showers
Very good condition throughout
BBQ and a large terraces to enjoy lunches and dinner.
Plenty of century old olive trees, cypress and cork oak tress.
Very authentic experience that our previous guests have very much appreciated.

We are a family of four living in London. We bought the house in 2009 and did a fully renovation of the house and the garden to a high standard.
Why they chose this property
This house is very special and everyone that comes falls in love with it. If it is because of the panoramic view, the privacy, the authentic house, the secluded pool with a wood fired BBQ or the garden with the lavender, century old olive trees or cypresses varies but this place does not leave anyone untouched.
