The “Quadrifoglio” residence consists of four apartments located on the ground floor, two of which are interconnected, and is part of the beautiful Casa Trasparente, a large hillside property made up of six apartments surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature.
The combination of apartments may vary, but Quadrifoglio generally includes the apartments Ulivo, Ortensia, Rosa, and Geranio. Altogether, it offers 4 bathrooms, 4 welcoming living areas with fully equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and 2 charming loft spaces.
Designed for groups and large families, Quadrifoglio is an elegant, comfortable, and highly functional residence, ideal for enjoying authentic moments of togetherness and relaxation. Children will be especially delighted guests: the large park offers plenty of games and spaces dedicated to fun, while adults can enjoy peaceful moments of tranquility and well-being.
Each apartment features a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, and warm, comfortable bedrooms designed to make every guest feel at home.

The Rosa apartment is always included in group stays thanks to its spacious and welcoming living area, where up to 20 people can comfortably dine together.
The property was built by the owners in 1974 and is the place where their three daughters grew up. Even today, they fondly remember the joyful childhood they spent in this large house with a swimming pool, surrounded by nature, filled with games, freedom, and unforgettable moments shared together.
